Description
Yealink UVC84 4K PTZ Camera 12x Optical Zoom USB Camera for Medium & Large Rooms Dubai
Yealink UVC84 4K PTZ Camera for Dubai Meeting Rooms
The Yealink UVC84 is a 4K USB PTZ camera designed for medium and large meeting rooms where a normal webcam cannot cover the full table. It combines a 4K sensor, 12x optical zoom, 3x digital zoom, 80° field of view, mechanical pan and tilt, and auto framing so remote participants can clearly see everyone in the room. For Dubai boardrooms, training rooms, management meeting rooms and hybrid workspaces, the UVC84 remains a strong choice when stock is available or when the project needs to match an existing Yealink UVC84 room setup.
Stock note: Yealink UVC84 has reached End-of-Sale status, so this page is positioned for existing-room replacement, limited stock, and like-for-like project matching. For brand-new large-room designs, ask David to compare UVC84 availability against current Yealink SmartVision and MVC room system options before you order.
Platform Trap: Camera, BYOD Kit or Full Teams Room?
The UVC84 is a USB PTZ camera. It is not, by itself, a complete Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room or video conferencing system. Buyers often search for “Yealink UVC84 Teams” when they actually need a full room kit with camera, compute, touch panel, audio and licensing. Get the platform right before ordering.
| Your Meeting Setup | Right Direction | What You Need |
|---|---|---|
| BYOD meeting room | UVC84 camera with compatible Yealink audio | Laptop running Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex or other UC app |
| Microsoft Teams Rooms | Complete Yealink MVC room system — verify current certified bundle | Teams Rooms licence, compute unit, touch panel, camera and room audio |
| Zoom Rooms | Zoom-certified Yealink room system — verify current model before quote | Zoom Rooms licence and compatible room hardware |
Power and Cabling Truth for UVC84
The UVC84 is not PoE-powered like a desk phone. It uses an external Yealink power adapter and connects to the room PC or BYOD setup through USB. The standard package includes the UVC84 camera, VCR20 remote control, power adapter, wall bracket and accessories, and a 7m USB cable. For boardroom installations, Vector Digital Systems confirms the camera position, display wall, table length, cable path and audio layout before dispatch.
Why Buyers Still Ask for UVC84
The UVC84 became popular because it solves a very specific room problem: people at the far end of a long table look tiny on a normal camera. With 12x optical zoom, 3x digital zoom and smooth PTZ control, the UVC84 can focus on the speaker, the whole table, or a presenter area. The 80° field of view keeps the room visible, while camera presets make recurring meetings easier for reception teams, office admins and IT support staff.

Where the Yealink UVC84 Works in Dubai
Boardrooms in DIFC and Downtown Dubai. Long executive tables need optical zoom. The UVC84 can frame the full room for introductions, then zoom into a speaker or presenter without replacing the whole room system.
Training rooms in Business Bay, JLT and Dubai Silicon Oasis. A trainer standing near a display needs more reach than a laptop webcam. The UVC84’s PTZ movement and presets make it easier to switch between presenter, audience and whiteboard-style views.
Existing Yealink meeting-room estates. If your company already uses UVC84 cameras with Yealink microphones and speakers, replacing like-for-like may be simpler than redesigning the whole room. David can confirm availability, compatibility and whether a current Yealink room-system upgrade is a better path.
Hotel, healthcare and corporate meeting spaces. Hotels in Deira and Business Bay, clinics in Jumeirah and corporate offices in JAFZA often need dependable USB camera rooms for management calls, supplier reviews and hybrid meetings without a full room-system rebuild.

Frequently Asked Questions — Yealink UVC84
Is the Yealink UVC84 still available in Dubai?
Yealink UVC84 has reached End-of-Sale status, so availability depends on remaining stock and project requirements. Vector Digital Systems can quote UVC84 for existing-room replacement or like-for-like project matching, and can also advise current Yealink alternatives for new meeting-room builds.
What room size is the Yealink UVC84 designed for?
The UVC84 is designed for medium and large meeting rooms. Its 4K sensor, 12x optical zoom, 3x digital zoom and 80° field of view make it suitable for boardrooms, training rooms and long-table meeting spaces where a standard webcam cannot show participants clearly.
Does the Yealink UVC84 work with Microsoft Teams?
The UVC84 is a USB PTZ camera, so it can be used in BYOD workflows where a laptop runs Microsoft Teams. It is not a complete Microsoft Teams Room by itself. If you need a native Teams Rooms setup, ask David for the current Yealink MVC bundle and certification check before ordering.
Can we use the UVC84 for Zoom calls?
Yes, the UVC84 can be used in BYOD rooms where a laptop runs Zoom and connects to the camera through USB. For a native Zoom Room, the complete room kit must be verified separately because the camera alone does not define Zoom Rooms certification.
What is included in the Yealink UVC84 package?
The UVC84 package includes the UVC84 camera, VCR20 remote control, external power adapter, wall bracket and accessories, and a 7m USB cable. Vector Digital Systems confirms package contents before dispatch for Dubai and export orders.
Does the Yealink UVC84 need PoE?
No. The UVC84 is not powered by PoE. It uses an external Yealink power adapter and connects through USB. For installation planning, confirm power socket location, USB cable path, display position and camera mounting height before delivery.
Which microphones work with the Yealink UVC84?
The UVC84 integrates with Yealink meeting-room audio devices including the VCM34 array microphone, VCM38 ceiling microphone and MSpeaker II soundbar. The right combination depends on table size, ceiling layout, number of participants and whether the room should have table microphones or a cleaner ceiling-mic design.
UVC84 vs SmartVision 80 — which one should I buy?
Choose UVC84 only when you need the same model for an existing room, replacement project or limited-stock requirement. For new premium large-room designs, SmartVision 80 or a full Yealink MVC room system may be the better current direction because UVC84 has reached End-of-Sale status.
Who is the authorised Yealink supplier in Dubai?
Vector Digital Systems LLC has supplied and integrated Yealink solutions in Dubai since 2009. David handles Yealink product specification, project pricing, staging and local warranty coordination for Dubai and export buyers.
Does Vector Digital Systems export Yealink UVC84 from Dubai?
