What are your working hours and which days do you operate?
Vector Digital Systems operates Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (GMT+4). Saturday is a full working day — office open, warehouse operational, dispatch running, WhatsApp and phone answered live. Sunday is closed. Enquiries sent Sunday are handled Monday morning.
Can I visit the Dubai office or warehouse in person?
Yes. The office is at France R15 Building, Office 12 and 16, International City, Dubai. Visits are welcome during working hours — a short WhatsApp or phone call before arrival helps us have the right person ready to meet you. International buyers planning a Dubai visit can arrange a warehouse walk-through to inspect stock, packaging and export documentation in person.
What payment methods does Vector Digital Systems accept?
Bank transfer to Vector Digital Systems accounts at ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank) and RAKBANK (National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah). Card payments — Visa, Mastercard — directly through ADCB Pace Pay, with a secure 3D-secure payment link delivered over WhatsApp, email or SMS. QR code payment, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay also supported through Pace Pay. For export orders, documentary credit (LC) and telegraphic transfer (TT) are both accepted with standard export documentation handled in-house.
What is ADCB Pace Pay and how does it work for international buyers?
ADCB Pace Pay is Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank's secure card payment service. Vector sends a payment link over WhatsApp, email or SMS; the buyer taps the link and pays directly by card, QR code, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. Transactions are 3D-secure and bank-backed. For smaller and urgent orders this compresses the usual wire-transfer or LC timeline to minutes — funds confirmed by the bank before stock leaves the warehouse. The service is available to any buyer with an international card; no extra account setup is needed.
Which languages does your team speak?
Arabic, English, Hindi and Malayalam are spoken natively across the Vector team. Written French is supported for West and Central African export enquiries. For all written enquiries the reply language matches the language of the incoming message.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. Vector Digital Systems ships from Dubai stock to 43 countries in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Export orders are shipped FOB Dubai or CIF destination port depending on buyer preference, with full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, Dubai Chamber attestation — handled in-house. Freight forwarding is arranged through our standing partners at Jebel Ali, Dubai Airport cargo and the UAE land border for GCC deliveries.
