3CX Dubai — Titanium Partner for Supply, Installation & Support
The name reached you from somewhere specific — a Panasonic that is losing extensions one card at a time, an IT shortlist that keeps landing on the same platform, or a licence notice on a system somebody else installed. This page is the map from a Titanium partner: the 2026 editions after 3CX retired ENT+, why 3CX in the UAE runs in your building and not in a cloud, what it replaces, and what it costs as a planning number. Delivered two ways — installed on your server, or as a pre-configured appliance — with the Etisalat or du trunk connected, extensions and IVR built, and working phones handed over.
Vector Digital Systems has supplied and installed business phone systems from Dubai since 2009 and holds 3CX Titanium — the highest solution-provider tier 3CX awards. Send your team size and how the office uses its phones — your exact AED figure comes back the same working day.
Your old PABX gave you ten good years. It is not planning to give you ten more.
Your phones stopped working on a Monday morning. Not all of them — just the extensions on one card. Then another card went two months later. Now you are calling a technician who tells you the part is discontinued and he will try to find used stock. That is the moment most Dubai offices switch to 3CX. The smarter ones switch before it.
3CX is a software-based IP PBX. It runs on a server in your office, or on a compact appliance we deliver pre-installed. Extensions are added in minutes from a browser. Every staff member gets the office number on their mobile. Voicemail lands in email, calls are recorded, queues are reported — the things the box in your comms room was never going to do.
One thing that catches many UAE buyers off guard: the system lives in your building, not in a cloud. Etisalat and du business lines connect to equipment on your premises — so your PBX, your call recordings and your data stay inside your office, on hardware you own. The full explanation is two sections down.
Whether you are a trading company in Deira, a law firm in DIFC, a clinic in Dubai Healthcare City or a contractor in Al Quoz — the sections below cover the current editions, the honest comparison against Yeastar and Grandstream, and the AED planning numbers. If you already know what you need, WhatsApp us your staff count and the exact quote comes back the same working day.
The 2026 edition line-up — updated since April
3CX updated its edition line-up in April 2026 — ENT+ was retired and Enterprise was renamed AI Edition. The current commercial editions are Basic, PRO and AI Edition, each licensed per year by simultaneous calls (SC) — the number of conversations happening at the same moment, not per user. A 30-person office where 6 people talk at once needs a 6–8 SC licence.
- Core calling, extensions, apps
- IVR / auto attendant
- Ring groups
- Multi-level call routing
- Everything in BASIC
- Call queues with callback
- Call recording
- CRM & Microsoft 365 integration
- Reports and wallboard
- Everything in PRO
- AI Receptionist
- AI Personal Assistant & Agents
- AI call transcription
- Standby failover server
Paid licences for a small office start from roughly AED 1,100–1,550 per year (Basic) to AED 1,400–1,550 per year (PRO) at 8 simultaneous calls, and scale with call capacity. The licence is one line on the quote — the server or appliance, SIP trunk and installation are quoted separately in AED, so nothing is hidden.
Until 30 September 2026: 3CX is discounting upgrades by 25% and multi-year licences by 30% for 3+ year terms. A 3-year licence locked before that date costs less per year than a 1-year licence renewed after it. If your licence renewal is due in the next six months, it is worth moving early — ask us to price it.
In the UAE, 3CX runs in your building — here is why
The first question most IT managers ask is whether they can run 3CX in the cloud and skip the server. The answer in the UAE is no — and not because of anything 3CX chose. Etisalat and du business lines connect to equipment inside your building. A 3CX system sitting in a data centre overseas cannot reach them. That is how the network here is built. On-premise is not the legacy option. It is the only option that works.
So in the UAE, 3CX deploys on-premise. We deliver a compact pre-installed 3CX appliance: a small, silent box that arrives with 3CX loaded — staged, configured and tested in Dubai — ready to connect to your line. We connect the Etisalat or du trunk, build your extensions and IVR, test every phone, and hand over a working system.
On-premise is not a compromise here. It means your call recordings and data never leave your office — which matters for clinics, law firms and finance companies with data-residency obligations under UAE and TDRA rules. It means there is no monthly fee to keep the system running. And it means your phones do not depend on anyone else's uptime.
One thing to know before you buy: if the server fails, the phones stop until it is restored from backup. For a business that cannot accept that risk, 3CX AI Edition supports a second standby server that takes over automatically. We size this with you before we quote — not after something breaks.
When the old PABX runs out of road — and when it has not
Not every old system needs replacing this quarter, and a supplier who says otherwise is selling, not advising. Here is the honest split we use on site surveys:
Signs your current PABX can stay — for now
- Under five years old, with spare parts still in normal supply
- Nobody needs the office number on a mobile or at home
- Fewer than five users with a simple, stable call flow
- A current AMC that covers parts and labour is already paid
Signs it is time to move to 3CX
- Cards or spare parts for your model are discontinued or scarce
- Staff need the office extension on their mobiles and laptops
- Adding an extension means an engineer visit and a hardware order
- You need recording, queues, reports or CRM integration
- The licence-free old box is fine — but the hardware keeps failing
If you land in the right-hand box, the migration is more boring than most owners expect — which is the point. We port your existing Etisalat or du numbers, so your business number does not change. We provision the new IP phones in parallel while the old system keeps running. The switchover happens after hours. Your staff arrive in the morning, pick up new handsets, and dial the same way they always did — except now every one of them also has the office extension on their mobile. Read more about our telephone system installation service in Dubai, or send a photo of your current system on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what the migration involves.
Ask About Replacing Your PABXThe AI features — and where your call audio actually goes
Your front desk answers the same calls every day. Working hours. Location. Whether you deliver to Abu Dhabi. Each one takes two minutes. Forty of those calls a week is two hours of salary spent on questions your website already answers — every week, every year, while the phone queue backs up behind them. The 3CX AI Receptionist handles this class of call without a human in the loop. And because your 3CX runs on-premise in the UAE, transcription can run on your own server too — your call audio, with its client names and pricing, does not have to leave the building.
AI Receptionist
Answers incoming calls, understands what the caller needs, and routes them to the right person or department. Takes messages when nobody is free. Works around the clock.
AI Personal Assistant
Every user gets an assistant that screens calls, summarises voicemails, and announces who is calling and why before you pick up.
AI Agents
Configurable AI handlers for repeat workflows — appointment confirmations, delivery status, common enquiries — built to your call flows.
AI Transcription
Calls and voicemails turned into text. Choose the engine: OpenAI, Grok, or a self-hosted engine on your own hardware for full data control.
AI Analytics
Sentiment scores and call summaries appear inside the reports your supervisors already use — by agent, queue and ring group.
Sized to Your Use Case
Clinics deflect appointment calls. Real estate teams get call summaries into the CRM. Trading offices screen supplier calls. We configure the AI around how your phones are actually used.
The honest comparison — from a partner who sells all three
Vector Digital supplies and installs 3CX, Yeastar and Grandstream. This table is how we explain the difference to a buyer who has not decided yet. All three are good systems. They fit different offices.
| 3CX | Yeastar P-Series | Grandstream UCM6300 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Runs on | Your server, a VM, or a pre-installed appliance | Purpose-built appliance | Built-in appliance — no separate server needed |
| Licence model | Annual, priced by simultaneous calls | By users and appliance capacity | One-time purchase — no annual licence for the core PBX |
| Video meetings | Built in | Built in | Built in (IPVideoTalk) |
| Mobile app | Yes — iOS and Android | Yes — iOS and Android | Yes — iOS and Android |
| Integrated AI suite | Yes — Receptionist, PA, Agents, Transcription (AI Edition) | No comparable suite published | No comparable suite published |
| Best fit | Offices that want software flexibility, CRM integration and AI | Small and mid offices that want a simple, tidy appliance | Budget-focused offices that prefer buy-once, no annual fees |
Where the others win, honestly: Grandstream has no yearly licence bill for the core PBX. Yeastar is the tidiest appliance for a small office that never wants to think about a server. Where 3CX wins: the software runs anywhere, the AI suite has no equal in this group, and the ecosystem of integrations is the widest. Tell us your office size and how you use the phones — we will tell you which of the three we would put in, and why.
The phones that work with 3CX — no lock-in
3CX is an open platform. The phones you buy today will work with any other SIP system tomorrow — you are not locked to one supplier's hardware. We supply and auto-provision the full range of 3CX-supported IP phones in Dubai, matched to your budget and desk count.
| Brand | Ranges we supply | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Yealink | T3, T4 and T5 series, conference phones, DECT cordless | Best overall value and feature set — our default recommendation |
| Grandstream | GRP series, conference and DECT models | Cost-effective and reliable for large desk counts |
| HP Poly | VVX and CCX series, Trio conference units | Premium audio quality for boardrooms and executives |
| Fanvil | X series, hotel room phones | Hospitality and budget-conscious deployments |
| Flying Voice | F and G series IP phones, WiFi SIP phones | Wireless deployments and cost-sensitive installations |
Already have SIP phones from an older system? Most provision straight onto 3CX. Send us the model numbers — we will confirm before you spend anything on new handsets.
One phone system across every office — we run this setup ourselves
The 3CX Bridge that connects a Dubai head office to a Sharjah or Abu Dhabi branch — Vector Digital runs the same topology between our own Dubai and Kochi offices. Both sites on one dial plan. Internal calls between countries are free extension-to-extension calls, not billed international minutes. We deploy what we run.
Branch Offices on One Dial Plan
3CX Bridge links the PBX at each site. Dubai dials Abu Dhabi on a 3-digit extension. Calls between your branches stop appearing on the Etisalat bill. Works across emirates and across borders — see our branch connectivity solutions.
Remote and Site Staff
Your salesperson on a site visit takes calls on the office extension through the mobile app. The client sees your business number. The personal mobile stays private. When staff leave, you revoke the extension — the client relationship stays with the company, not on someone's personal SIM.
Secure Remote Connectivity
Remote offices and home workers connect back to your on-premise 3CX through 3CX's secure tunnel and SBC. No open ports, no exposed PBX. We design, harden and test the remote layer as part of every installation — it is not an add-on.
The server is in your office. Your team is not tied to it.
On-premise means the system lives in your building. It does not mean your staff have to. The 3CX apps for iPhone, Android, Windows and the browser put the office extension anywhere with an internet connection — calls, chat, presence, voicemail and video meetings, all from the same account.
The interface your team uses every day was rebuilt in mid-2026. The new Web Client has cleaner navigation, a faster dialer, and Comfortable and Compact view modes — the compact view lets a busy receptionist see thirty extensions and every active call on one screen. Voicemails arrive in email. Missed calls show who called, when, and which queue they came through.
Setup is a QR code. We provision each user at installation, walk your team through the app in the handover session, and remain a WhatsApp message away when a new staff member joins.
What your callers hear when every agent is busy
Before mid-2026, a caller who hit a busy 3CX queue heard hold music until someone answered — or they gave up. On the current version, they hear how long the wait is, and they can press a key to request a callback instead of holding. The abandoned-call number on Monday's report goes down, and nobody on your team did anything differently.
The rest of the call-center layer is what you would expect from a dedicated platform, without buying one: queues with round robin, longest-waiting and skill-based routing; supervisor listen, whisper and barge-in for training; a live wallboard for the big screen; and reports on answered, abandoned and callback numbers per agent and per queue. Call recording is built in and can be set per queue or per extension — useful for compliance in legal and financial firms.
Running a dedicated call center in Dubai? We design the queue structure, agent groups and reporting with you before installation — the system arrives configured for your workflows, not empty.
Make office calls from Teams — without Microsoft calling plans
Your finance team is already paying for Microsoft 365 licences. Then someone asks why there is also a separate phone system bill, a separate calling plan per user, and a separate app for the team to manage. The answer — once 3CX connects your Etisalat or du line through direct routing — is that there is not. Staff make and receive normal office calls directly from the Teams window they already have open. No Microsoft calling plan per user. No second app.
The practical shape of it: management and office staff who prefer Teams use Teams. Sales staff on the road use the 3CX mobile app. The warehouse uses desk phones. All of them are extensions on the same system, in the same queues, on the same reports. You choose per person, not per company.
3CX also syncs with Microsoft 365 — users, contacts and single sign-on — and integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics for screen-pop and click-to-call. Ask us for the unified communications setup that fits how your office already works.
How your 3CX connects to Etisalat or du
If you have decided on 3CX, here is how the phone lines connect. Etisalat Business and du Business both provide SIP trunk service — the modern form of a business line, delivered over their fibre to your premises. The application goes through your telecom account. Vector Digital handles the technical side: trunk registration, number mapping, inbound and outbound routing, and testing on both networks.
Your existing numbers move with you. In most cases we port the numbers your customers already dial onto the new trunk, so the change is invisible from outside. New numbers, extra channels and fax-to-email lines are arranged through the same application.
We maintain tested configuration templates for both Etisalat and du trunks on the current 3CX version — the interop settings, codecs and failure-handling that make the difference between a line that works and a line that works properly. This is the part of a 3CX project where partner experience shows, and it is included in every installation. Your staff arrive Monday morning to working phones — the four steps that make it happen
Survey & Sizing
We count your simultaneous calls at peak, confirm the trunk situation, and size the right appliance with you. The quote lands the same working day.
Licence & Staging
The licence is issued, and the appliance is staged and tested in Dubai — or your server is prepared on-site. Extensions, IVR and queues are built before anything touches your line.
Install & Port
Trunk configured on Etisalat or du, numbers ported, phones provisioned in parallel while the old system keeps running. The switchover happens after hours.
Handover & Support
Every phone tested, your team walked through the apps, admin access handed over. Then remote support the same hour and AMC options with defined response times.
What 3CX costs as a planning number
A working 3CX system is four parts — licence, server or appliance, trunk work, and installation — with user training and the first month of support in every installation we hand over. These are the planning bands to budget against before your exact AED quote arrives:
| Item | What it covers | Planning band |
|---|---|---|
| Live demonstration | The full system and mobile apps shown working before you commit — one session, nothing installed on your side | AED 0 — before you buy |
| Paid licence — small office | 8 simultaneous calls, Basic or PRO tier, billed annually | Basic ~AED 1,100–1,250 / year · PRO ~AED 1,380–1,550 / year |
| Larger licences & AI Edition | 16–96+ simultaneous calls, AI suite, failover | Scales with SC count — quoted same day |
| Pre-installed 3CX appliance | Compact box, staged and tested in Dubai before delivery | Quoted in AED with the licence |
| Installation & trunk configuration | Etisalat / du trunk, porting, extensions, IVR, testing, training | Quoted in AED the same working day |
Bands shown for budget planning — the exact AED quote for your simultaneous-call count and site comes back the same working day on WhatsApp. Until 30 September 2026, 3CX's own promotion discounts upgrades by 25% and 3+ year licences by 30%, which changes the maths in favour of multi-year terms.

| Industry | How 3CX is set up for it |
|---|---|
| Hotels & hospitality | PMS integration with Oracle OPERA and Fidelio via FIAS — wake-up calls, room status, and guest call billing automated from the PBX. See hotel phone systems. |
| Clinics & healthcare | Appointment reminder calls from the same system as inbound patient lines. Call recording for complaint handling. No second platform, no second contract. |
| Real estate | Every agent on their own extension with the mobile app — site visits do not break the chain. Calls logged against the CRM record automatically. |
| Legal & finance | Call recording retained per matter for compliance. Data stays on your on-premise server — not in an overseas cloud. |
| Trading & logistics | Queues for sales and operations, supplier calls screened by the AI assistant, and branch offices bridged onto one dial plan. |
| Schools & education | Paging and intercom to classrooms, emergency broadcast, voicemail-to-email for teachers. |
| Retail & e-commerce | WhatsApp and website live chat answered in the same client your agents use for calls — one queue, one history per customer. |
What Titanium Partner actually means
The Titanium tier is not self-declared — it is 3CX's own ranking of solution providers, reflecting engineer certifications and a sustained deployment record, and it can be verified directly with 3CX. When you are shortlisting, ask each partner for their tier and check it. That one question does more filtering than two hours of sales calls.
Vector Digital Systems has supplied and installed business telephone systems in Dubai since 2009 — from our office in International City, with a support back-office in Kochi. We focus on 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream and the hardware around them. We do not distribute forty brands. Fewer brands, deeper knowledge per deployment — and engineers who have configured the same Etisalat and du trunks hundreds of times.
After installation: annual maintenance contracts with defined response times, remote support the same hour, and on-site engineers across all seven emirates the same day.
3CX licences and IP PBX hardware, exported from Dubai
Dubai is the supply hub for telephony across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia — and Vector Digital ships 3CX licences, pre-configured appliances, IP phones and gateways from here to 51 countries. Systems leave Dubai staged and tested, with export documentation handled, so your local team plugs in rather than builds from scratch. We also supply Grandstream UCM and Yeastar P-Series to the same markets.
Gulf Head Offices & Branch Networks
Same-week supply of 3CX licences and pre-staged PBX hardware. Multi-site businesses bridge their branches back to a Dubai or Riyadh head office on one dial plan.
Distributors & System Integrators
3CX systems, Yealink handsets and VoIP gateways from Dubai stock — pre-configured before shipping, a working system on arrival.
Volume Buyers & IT Companies
Regular shipments of IP PBX and telephony hardware, with commercial documentation prepared for customs at the destination. Reseller pricing available for volume buyers and IT companies serving these markets.

Our Panasonic failed on a Thursday. Vector Digital had 3CX running on a new appliance by Saturday, with our numbers ported. Our customers never knew we had a problem.
Took quotes from 3 suppliers for 3CX. Vector was the only one with a proper cost breakup - licence, server, trunk and installation all shown separate. No extra charges came later. Our head office approved it in one go.
We have used Vector Dubai since 2014 for our phones. When we opened the Abu Dhabi branch they connected it to the Dubai system in one visit. Internal calls between offices cost nothing now.
