Description
Yealink ZVC800 Zoom Rooms Kit UVC80 PTZ Camera + CP960 + MCore for Medium & Large Rooms Dubai
Yealink ZVC800 Zoom Rooms Kit for Dubai Meeting Rooms
The Yealink ZVC800 is a Zoom Rooms kit for medium and large meeting rooms, built around the UVC80 optical PTZ camera, CP960 conference phone and MCore mini-PC. It gives a boardroom a dedicated Zoom Rooms experience instead of relying on someone’s laptop, webcam and speakerphone every time a meeting starts. For Dubai offices with regular regional calls, supplier meetings and hybrid boardroom sessions, the ZVC800 remains a familiar Yealink room-system model that many buyers still request by name.
Important buying note: because ZVC800 is an older ZVC-series model, Vector Digital Systems verifies current availability, firmware support and Zoom certification status before issuing a purchase-order quote. If the exact ZVC800 bundle is not the right choice for a new deployment, David will recommend the current Yealink Zoom Rooms alternative for the same room size.
Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams or SIP? Choose the Correct Platform
The Yealink ZVC800 is a Zoom Rooms solution. It is not a Microsoft Teams Rooms kit and it is not a SIP-only conference phone. This matters because the room platform decides the hardware, licences and deployment process. A Zoom-first company should quote Zoom Rooms hardware; a Teams-first company should quote Yealink MVC-series hardware; a voice-only meeting room may only need a CP-series SIP conference phone.
| Your Meeting Platform | Right Yealink Direction | What You Need |
|---|---|---|
| Zoom Rooms | Yealink ZVC800 — this page, subject to current availability and certification check | Zoom Rooms licence, room calendar, display screens, LAN and power |
| Microsoft Teams Rooms | Yealink MVC-series — ask David for the current Microsoft-certified model | Microsoft 365 tenant, Teams Rooms licence and Teams-certified room hardware |
| SIP audio conference only | Yealink CP-series SIP conference phone | SIP extension from 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream UCM, Asterisk or hosted PBX |
Tell David which meeting platform your IT team has standardised on before requesting a quote. It prevents the common mistake of ordering Zoom Rooms hardware for a Teams-only room, or buying a SIP conference phone when the requirement is full video collaboration.
Power and Network Truth for the ZVC800
The ZVC800 is a room system, not a single PoE desk phone. It requires mains power, LAN connectivity, display connections, camera cabling and proper table cable routing. The CP960, MCore and UVC80 need to be placed and connected correctly for the room to behave like a dedicated Zoom Room. Before dispatch, Vector Digital Systems confirms power sockets, LAN points, display inputs and camera placement so the kit does not arrive before the room is ready.
What the ZVC800 Includes
The ZVC800 combines three core components: the Yealink UVC80 optical PTZ camera for room video, the Yealink CP960 conference phone for meeting control and audio, and the Yealink MCore mini-PC for the Zoom Rooms compute environment. The CP960 sits on the meeting table as the familiar touch interface, speaker and microphone hub, while the UVC80 is positioned at the display wall to cover the boardroom.
ZVC800 in the Yealink Room Range
Use the ZVC800 where the room is larger than a simple huddle space and needs a PTZ camera with proper table audio. Smaller rooms can usually step down to a compact Zoom Rooms bundle. Larger or newer projects may need a current-generation Yealink Zoom Rooms kit after David verifies availability and certification.

Where the ZVC800 Works in Dubai
Corporate boardrooms in DIFC and Business Bay. The ZVC800 is built for rooms where Zoom is the default meeting platform and the company wants a dedicated join-and-present experience. The UVC80 camera covers the room from the display wall, while the CP960 gives users a familiar table controller for meeting audio and room control.
Training rooms and regional meeting spaces. Dubai companies running regular Zoom sessions with branches in Saudi Arabia, Oman, India, Kenya or Pakistan need a room that behaves predictably every time. The ZVC800 avoids laptop dependency and keeps the room ready for scheduled meetings.
Hotels, serviced offices and shared boardrooms. Meeting spaces used by guests need simple control, reliable audio and a camera that can frame the table. Vector Digital Systems labels the hardware and documents the room wiring so front-desk and IT teams can support users without guessing which cable does what.

Staging Before Dispatch — What We Configure
Vector Digital Systems stages the Yealink ZVC800 before delivery wherever the customer provides the required Zoom Rooms and network details. We confirm room name, Zoom Rooms account readiness, LAN access, display path, camera detection, CP960 pairing, audio input/output selection and content-sharing path. The hardware is labelled and the connection map is documented so the receiving IT or AV team knows exactly how the room should be assembled.

Frequently Asked Questions — Yealink ZVC800
What is the Yealink ZVC800?
The Yealink ZVC800 is a Zoom Rooms kit for medium and large meeting rooms. It combines the UVC80 optical PTZ camera, CP960 conference phone and MCore mini-PC to create a dedicated Zoom Rooms experience for boardrooms, training rooms and conference rooms.
Is the Yealink ZVC800 still available in Dubai?
Availability should be verified before quoting because ZVC800 is an older ZVC-series model. Vector Digital Systems checks current stock, support status and Zoom certification before issuing a purchase-order quote. If ZVC800 is not the right option for a new room, David will recommend the current Yealink Zoom Rooms equivalent.
Does the ZVC800 work with Microsoft Teams?
The ZVC800 is a Zoom Rooms kit, not a Microsoft Teams Rooms kit. If your office runs Teams Rooms, ask David for the current Yealink MVC-series model and certification status. Do not order ZVC800 for a Teams-only room unless your IT team has confirmed a Zoom Rooms requirement.
Is the Yealink ZVC800 Zoom certified?
Yealink originally positioned the ZVC800 as a Zoom Rooms kit, but Zoom certification and recertification status can change over time. Vector Digital Systems verifies the current Zoom certification status for the exact ZVC800 bundle before quoting so the customer has a clear procurement record.
What room size is the ZVC800 designed for?
The ZVC800 is designed for medium and large meeting rooms that need a dedicated PTZ camera, table controller and room audio. It is a strong fit for Dubai boardrooms, training rooms, hotel meeting rooms and corporate conference rooms where Zoom is used daily.
What components are included in the ZVC800?
The core ZVC800 bundle includes the Yealink UVC80 optical PTZ camera, CP960 conference phone and MCore mini-PC. Bundle contents and accessories such as CPW90 wireless expansion microphones or wireless presentation devices should be confirmed at quote stage.
Does the ZVC800 need PoE or separate power?
The ZVC800 is a room system and requires proper power, LAN, display and camera cabling. It is not powered like a single PoE desk phone. Vector Digital Systems checks room power sockets, network points, display inputs and cable routes before dispatch.
Does Vector Digital Systems configure the ZVC800 before delivery?
Yes — where the customer provides the required Zoom Rooms and network details, Vector Digital Systems stages the ZVC800 before dispatch. We check camera detection, CP960 pairing, audio input/output, display path, content sharing and room-account readiness.
Who is the Yealink authorised supplier in Dubai?
Vector Digital Systems LLC has supplied and integrated Yealink solutions in Dubai since 2009. David handles Yealink room-system specification, project pricing, staging notes and local warranty coordination for UAE customers and export buyers.
What is the best Yealink Zoom Rooms kit for a large boardroom in Dubai?
If the customer specifically needs ZVC800 or is matching an existing ZVC800 estate, David can quote it after checking availability and certification. For a brand-new large boardroom, Vector Digital Systems may recommend the current Yealink Zoom Rooms large-room tier after reviewing room size, camera position, audio coverage and display layout.
Does Vector Digital Systems export Yealink ZVC800 kits from Dubai?
Yes — Vector Digital Systems exports Yealink room systems from Dubai to integrators, hotel groups and enterprise IT teams in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
