Here is what nobody tells you at that moment: Yealink accessories look interchangeable and they are not. The console that fits an A50 does not fit an A10. Two Yealink microphone families in one room cancel each other. A ceiling speaker from the wrong tier will not make a sound. This page is the map — which part fits your bar, which trap to avoid, and the parts most quotations forget until the install day they stall on.

You don't need a catalogue. You need to know which one part fits the room you already have.
Most people who land here are not shopping for a system. They already own one. The bar went in — maybe last year, maybe three years ago — and it worked. Then something in the room changed, and now there is a gap between the room they have and the room they need. One part closes it. The whole question is which part.
That question is harder than it should be, because Yealink's accessory range is built to look modular — and it is modular, within limits the datasheets bury. A touch console is not universal: the CTP18 pairs with some bars, the CTP25 with others, and ordering the wrong one means a box that powers up and does nothing useful. Microphones cannot be mixed: put a wired family and a wireless family in the same room and they fight, so the room ends up worse than before the "upgrade." Ceiling audio comes in two completely separate worlds that share nothing — pick a speaker from the wrong one and it will not connect at all.
None of this is on the product page you were about to order from. It surfaces on install day, when the part is already unboxed and the meeting it was meant to fix is already scheduled.

Every accessory decision starts from one fact: which MeetingBar is on the wall. Select yours. What fits it — and what doesn't — is below. This is the same map we build before sending any quotation.

The console is the one part your people actually touch — in front of the client.
Everything else in the room works in the background. The console sits on the table and every meeting begins with someone reaching for it while the room watches. Which is why the console is the accessory you least want to get wrong — and the one most often mismatched on a quotation.
The rule that removes the decision entirely: you don't choose the console. Your bar chooses it.
Clean 8-inch touch control for focus rooms and deep-room bars. If your bar is an A10 or A30, this is the panel. No ambiguity.
One Cat5e cable carries power and network from the bar to the console. Sign in on the console once and the whole system syncs — no second sign-in on the bar. USB-C from the console to a laptop unlocks 4K sharing, BYOD and charging over that one cable. Desk-mount or wall-mount.
The Wi-Fi trap: put the CTP25 on Wi-Fi and its wired 4K sharing and BYOD path is disabled. The feature you paid for disappears. We run the Cat5e.
When the room is a Windows Teams Room (an MVC system, not a standalone bar), the console is an MTouch — E2 or the 11.6-inch Plus. Entirely different world from the CTP consoles. The Windows room architecture covers it fully on the Teams Rooms page.
Some rooms don't want a panel on the table. The VCR11 is the right answer for BYOD-first rooms and no-console setups — and the reason to check your A40 SKU before assuming a touch panel is included.
The far end of the table is where the deal goes quiet.
Picture the room: the senior person sits at the head, farthest from the bar. The remote caller keeps saying "sorry, can you repeat that?" every time that seat speaks. That is not a personality problem. It is a physics problem — and it is the most common complaint we hear from rooms that have been live for six months.
A MeetingBar's built-in microphones reach roughly six metres. If your table is eight, the last two metres are the difference between the head of the table being heard and being furniture on the call. No brand's bar fixes this by firmware. The room needs more microphone — placed where the reach runs out.
A 3-microphone array on a single wired run, daisy-chainable. The workhorse for extending a long table. Pairs with A25, A40 and A50. Current-generation wired choice — VCM34 is now end-of-service, VCM35 is the successor.
Same job as the VCM35, no cable to the microphone — for tables where a wired run isn't practical or the furniture layout won't allow it.
Sits in the middle of the table close to the front edge, so the first row stays in frame. Runs IntelliVision speaker-tracking and IntelliFocus automatically. One critical fact: the MTower becomes the room's only expansion microphone when installed — it does not stack with another family. A40 and A50 take different MTower firmware — handled at staging.
For specific table layouts where a portable puck fits the room better than a fixed array — conference-call setups, temporary rooms, layouts where cables aren't viable.
The rule that saves the room — never mix microphone families.
This is the trap that turns an upgrade into a downgrade. Yealink meeting rooms run one microphone family at a time. Add a second family on top of the first and they interfere — the room sounds worse than it did before the new microphone arrived. We will not sell you a second mic family that cancels the one already in the room. One room, one family, sized to the depth. When the table has genuinely outgrown table-level microphones, the answer moves to the ceiling.
The table stays clean — and every seat is heard, from the first row to the last.
Ceiling audio is not the backup plan for a difficult room. For an A40 or A50 boardroom, it is often the right choice in a perfectly ordinary one. No microphones on the table. No cables across the surface. Nothing for the person at the far end to stare at while the meeting runs. Just the bar on the wall, the ceiling handling the audio, and a room that looks designed rather than assembled.
There is also the room where the ceiling is the only answer — marble floor, glass walls, high ceiling, a table long enough that two different bars have already been tried and both made the remote call sound like a cave. If that is the room, the problem was never the bar. The room needed ceiling audio, and almost certainly the wrong switch or the wrong tier of it was bought.
Two scenarios. Same solution. The tier details below cover both.
Yealink ceiling audio is two completely separate worlds. They do not interchange.
The room that just needs to be heard
- CM20 ceiling microphone — 16 mics, 8 pickup zones, integrated DSP. 30 m² premium / 60 m² effective coverage.
- CS10 ceiling speaker — 2-way coaxial, integrated DAC, PoE.
- RCH40 E2 switch — connects ceiling audio straight to your MVC system. One switch drives up to 2 CM20 + 2 CS10. Larger rooms scale with more switching, sized at survey.
No external processor. No Dante estate. No software project. Plugs into the room you already have. This is where most rooms land.
The auditorium, divisible venue, broadcast-grade room
- CM50 ceiling microphone — 127 mics, beamforming, custom pickup zones, camera speaker-tracking reference, Dante protocol.
- CS10-D ceiling speaker — the Dante edition of the CS10. Same driver, Dante audio path.
- AP08 audio processor — 16×16 Dante channels, dual USB-B (one AP08 serves two rooms), designed in Yealink Room Designer.
For rooms where the first design constraint is acoustic, not visual — and rooms that split and merge. Every Tier 2 room is a survey-scoped design, not a parts list.
The hard boundary — do not cross the tiers
A Dante speaker (CS10-D) will not run on a plug-and-play switch. A plug-and-play speaker (CS10) will not join a Dante estate. Mixing them produces a room that makes no sound at all. We spec the complete tier as one piece — mic, speaker, switch or processor — so the room works as a system.
VDS carries and installs both tiers, with a working demo unit of each ceiling device in Dubai. If your room has defeated a bar twice, tell us the surfaces and the dimensions — the fix is a tier decision, and we make it correctly.
"Can everyone see my screen?" — the sentence that stalls the meeting.
Every room has this moment. Someone needs to present, and the next ninety seconds are either invisible or they are the part everyone remembers — the dongle that needs a driver, the "does anyone have a USB-C adapter," the meeting stalled while the client watches the room fail at the one basic thing the room was built for.
The sharing accessory exists to delete that moment. There are five ways to do it, matched to how your people actually work.
The visitor-dignity version of all five: the guest walks in with any laptop on any platform, plugs one cable or one pod, and presents. No account, no adapter hunt, no stall. That is what these parts buy — the absence of the fumble.
The room with no video bar — the one your last AV supplier didn't quote for.
Not every room is a conferencing room. The training space used three times a week by four different facilitators, each with their own laptop. The signage wall in the lobby. The town-hall space where people need to put a screen up, fast, without a cable run to the table. These rooms have no MeetingBar and don't need one — they need wireless sharing, and nothing else.
4 screens, one display
Up to four people cast simultaneously — Yealink Pod, Miracast, AirPlay or YeaCast. Each on screen at once.
4K at 60fps, one cable
Android 14, 4K60 HDMI out, AES-256 encryption, dual Wi-Fi 6 architecture. PoE or DC — mounts behind the display or sits on a desk.

The Windows Teams Room core
When a room is a Windows Teams Room (an MVC system) rather than a standalone Android bar, three components sit at its centre: the MCore compute unit (MCore Pro or current-generation MCore 4 with Intel Core Ultra and on-board NPU), the MTouch console (E2 or the 11.6-inch Plus), and — in multi-camera rooms — the AVHub, which processes multiple cameras and ceiling audio so the compute unit doesn't have to. AV-over-IP — 4K across the network
For rooms that need lossless 4K video distributed across a network — control rooms, overflow spaces, multi-screen lecture halls. The EN300 encoder, DE300 decoder and CT200 room navigator carry 4K@60Hz over Gigabit with Dante audio integration. Project parts, in stock, sized at survey.

A room is not commissioned until the last small part is on it. These are what turn a Friday install into a Monday problem when they're missing from the box: the wall bracket nobody ordered, the spare remote, the mounting kit for the ceiling grid that doesn't match. We carry them as individual line items and we put them on the quote before install day.

Six things we tell you before the part ships — so install day has no surprises.
Every one of these is a mistake we have watched stall a room. We name them up front because a part that arrives and doesn't fit costs a return, a delay, and a meeting that didn't happen. That is more expensive than the part itself.
Consoles are not universal. CTP18 fits A10 and A30. CTP25 fits A25, A40 and A50. The wrong console powers up and does nothing useful. We match it to your bar before it ships.
The A40 ships two ways. A40-010 includes the VCR11 remote; A40-031 includes the CTP25 console. A quote that only says "A40" may not contain the touch panel you are expecting. We confirm the SKU before every order.
Never mix microphone families. One room, one family. A second family added on top interferes with the first — the room ends up worse than before the part arrived. We will not sell the combination that breaks it.
Ceiling audio is two tiers that don't interchange. Plug-and-play (CM20/CS10/RCH40 E2) and Dante (CM50/CS10-D/AP08) share nothing. And the base RCH40 — without "E2" — cannot run ceiling audio at all. We spec the whole tier as one piece.
The CTP25 console's wired sharing needs its cable. Put the console on Wi-Fi and the one-cable 4K sharing and BYOD path is disabled. We run the Cat5e so the feature you paid for actually works.
One wireless service mode at a time. The wireless sharing pod, the wireless microphone and host Wi-Fi cannot all be active together — Miracast rooms need the bar on Ethernet. We set the correct mode at installation, not after the support call.
