Yealink MeetingBoard Pro — all-in-one meeting board combining display, camera and whiteboard for Teams and Zoom rooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and UAE, supplied and installed by Vector Digital Systems
YEALINK PREMIUM PARTNER — MEA · MEETINGBOARD PRO, SUPPLIED & INSTALLED

Yealink MeetingBoard for Dubai & the UAE.
Three devices. One screen.

The display, the camera, and the whiteboard were three separate line items on every AV quotation. The MeetingBoard Pro makes them one device — wall-mounted or on a floor stand, certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ready in 65, 75 or 86 inches. Vector Digital Systems — Yealink Premium Partner for MEA, supplying and installing MeetingBoard Pro across all seven UAE emirates since 2009.

One device replaces three
  • The 4K display — 65, 75 or 86 inches, anti-glare multi-touch
  • The camera — triple 50MP with AI tracking built in
  • The whiteboard — dual-person writing, palm rejection
  • Teams or Zoom — certified for both, native on Android
  • Windows OPS option — Android board, Windows brain
  • Wall-mount kit and installation — one job, scoped first

Three line items on the old quotation. One on the new one.

Every meeting room fitout used to start the same way — display from one vendor, camera system from another, interactive whiteboard from a third.

Three separate devices meant three separate budgets, three separate installation teams, three sets of cables behind the wall, and three points of failure when something stopped working before a Monday morning presentation. Coordinating all three to speak to the same room — same mounting height, same cable management, same platform — was the hidden cost nobody quoted.

The MeetingBoard Pro is built on a different premise entirely. The display, the camera, and the whiteboard are one device. The AI that tracks the speaker, the microphones that hear to twelve metres, the touch surface that your team writes on — all inside a single frame on the wall. One line on the quotation. One team to call when it needs service. One device your IT manager manages from a dashboard.

Say it simply: the meeting board is the room.

● All three sizes in Dubai stock — same-day quotation

MeetingBoard Pro — three sizes, sized from the last seat back

Every size carries the same triple 50MP cameras, the same 16-microphone array, and the same AI feature set. The screen gets bigger; the room gets bigger with it.

MeetingBoard 65 Pro
1–6 people · Small rooms
The right board for a huddle room, a focus room or a small executive office — a 65-inch 4K UHD display with 20-point multi-touch and anti-glare coating, carrying the full triple-camera AI system and 16-microphone audio array. Everyone in the room sees the content clearly, and the camera finds every face without a separate device on the table or the wall.
MeetingBoard 75 Pro
6–12 people · Medium rooms
The most-specified size for Dubai boardrooms — a 75-inch 4K UHD display with 20-point multi-touch and anti-glare coating. The triple-camera system covers a medium-to-large table, and the 12-metre audio reach means the voice at the far end of the room is as clear as the one nearest the board.
MeetingBoard 86 Pro
12–20 people · Large rooms
The large-room board — an 86-inch 4K UHD display with 20-point multi-touch and anti-glare coating, readable from the last chair back without a secondary display. Training rooms, boardrooms with extended tables, and collaboration spaces where twenty people need to read the same slide at the same time.

All three sizes share the same accessories: the MB-12X Pro external PTZ camera, CM20 ceiling microphones, CS10 ceiling speakers, CTP25 touch console and wireless sharing pods. Accessories specified per room at survey.

One board, two brains — Android native or Windows OPS

The MeetingBoard Pro ships as an Android device. If your organisation runs Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows, the same board takes a Windows OPS module — the Android board becomes a Windows room without changing a single cable or mount.

Android native
Teams or Zoom, certified on the board itself
  • Android 13 — enterprise-managed via Teams Admin Center or YMCS
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android — certified
  • Zoom Rooms — certified
  • General Mode for SIP/PABX registration
  • No external PC required — the board is the system
  • HDMI out 4K@60Hz — dual-screen output: agenda on one display, video on another
Windows OPS
The Windows brain inside the board
  • Windows OPS compute module installs inside the display
  • Same board — now a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows room
  • Multi-stream IntelliFrame, Copilot, name labels — the Windows layer
  • Pro Management Portal fleet monitoring
  • Same mounts, same cables, same wall
  • Fleet management via Teams Admin Center — same portal as every other Teams room in the estate
BYOD mode
Any laptop drives the board
  • Plug a laptop into the board over USB or HDMI
  • The board's camera, mics and speakers belong to the laptop
  • Wireless: Miracast, AirPlay, or the PA20 sharing pod
  • Share the whiteboard canvas to remote participants via Teams or Zoom
  • Board returns to native mode when the laptop disconnects

The choice between Android and Windows OPS is made at survey, not at the last minute. Our quotation names the configuration in writing — Android native, Windows OPS, or BYOD-first — so the room you approve is the room that arrives.

Eight things one device now does — that used to need several

This is the list that replaced the AV schedule. Every capability below lives inside the board.

IntelliFocus

Every speaker framed front-on

When someone speaks, IntelliFocus cuts to a close-up of their face and keeps the panoramic room view at the bottom of the screen — remote attendees see who is talking, not just a table of people.

Video Fence + Audio Fence

The room has a boundary — camera and microphone

Video Fence marks where the meeting space ends: the camera tracks inside the boundary, the corridor stays out of the call. Audio Fence is its twin — the microphones apply the same boundary. The open-plan noise outside the line stops at the line. For glass-walled rooms in Dubai offices, both fences run simultaneously.

Audio

Every voice heard to twelve metres

Sixteen microphones with AI Audio 2.1 — keyboard typing, chair dragging, a door opening — filtered out before the audio reaches the far end. The voice at the back of a 20-person room arrives as clearly as the one standing at the board.

Whiteboard

The room captures the idea, not just the person

Two people write at the same time, one on each side of the board, without interfering. Palm rejection keeps accidental marks off the canvas. What's drawn gets shared with remote attendees in the Teams or Zoom call — they see the board as it develops.

BYOD

Any laptop takes the screen

Plug in or share wirelessly over Miracast or AirPlay — the board's camera, microphones and speakers belong to the laptop's platform. Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex — anything on the laptop runs in the room. Unplug and the board returns to native mode.

Windows OPS

Android board, Windows brain — same wall

The Windows OPS compute module installs inside the display. The board stays on the same mount with the same cables — and the room becomes a full Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows system, with IntelliFrame, Copilot and the Pro Management Portal.

MB-12X Pro

Optical PTZ for deep rooms

When the room runs deeper than the built-in cameras reach, the MB-12X Pro external PTZ camera connects to the board and extends tracking optically — 12x lossless zoom, 4K close-ups, no digital softening at distance. Attaches to the board's own port.

Privacy shutter

A physical shutter, not a software toggle

When the meeting ends, a physical lens cover closes over the cameras automatically. Not a software setting that a firmware update could reset. When the shutter is closed, the cameras are covered — the room knows it and your organisation can verify it.

One sentence to carry out of this section: the meeting board is the room — and the room knows what it is doing.

The whiteboard that works in the meeting — not after it

Most interactive displays add a whiteboard as an afterthought — a canvas the team uses before the call starts and screenshots when it ends. The MeetingBoard Pro's whiteboard is in the meeting itself.

Remote attendees in Teams or Zoom see the board as it's being drawn — in real time, not as a shared image. Two people can write simultaneously from opposite ends of the board without their strokes interfering. One writes; the other erases — the board handles both at once. Palm rejection means a hand resting on the surface doesn't leave a mark while the other hand is writing.

The stylus has four levels — fine tip for detail, broader strokes, erasing, and palm-erase for clearing areas quickly. Gesture controls let someone draw shapes, insert sticky notes or add diagrams without picking up the stylus. When the session ends, the content saves automatically to the Teams or Zoom meeting chat — no photograph taken on a phone, no email to remember to send.

For content brought in via HDMI: Cast mode shares the external source to remote participants in Teams or Zoom — the far end sees the laptop screen the same way as a wireless share. Signal mode shows it locally only. The mode is set in the board's web interface; Cast mode is the default from firmware 331.320.0.30 onward.

Dual-person writing

Two people draw simultaneously from different parts of the board — no lag, no interference. The AI knows which input belongs to which stylus.

Palm rejection

Rest your hand on the surface while writing with the stylus — the board ignores the palm and tracks the pen. Clean canvas, every stroke intentional.

Gesture controls

Draw a circle and the board converts it to a perfect shape. Pinch and spread to zoom. Swipe to clear an area. The board interprets intent, not just contact.

Shared live with remote attendees

What the room draws, the far end sees — in the Teams or Zoom call window, as it happens. The whiteboard is in the meeting, not beside it.

Five rooms where the MeetingBoard Pro is already the answer — before the buyer finishes the brief

Every sector below has a specific problem the MeetingBoard Pro solves by design. The buyer doesn't need to be convinced — they need to recognise their room in the description.

Government & semi-government

The brief is always the same: identical interface in every department, remote updates from one IT portal, no on-site engineer visits to push firmware. The MeetingBoard Pro runs the same setup across every floor of a government building — Teams Admin Center manages the entire estate from one login. Dual-screen output puts the agenda on one display and the video feed on another, which is standard in formal government meeting rooms. When the room has twenty departments, one standard is worth more than one best-in-class installation.

DIFC & financial services

Video Fence keeps the trading floor out of the client call. Audio Fence keeps the open-plan noise out of the conversation. The physical privacy shutter closes the camera when the meeting ends — the security auditor can see it closed; they don't have to trust a software setting. For firms in DIFC, ADGM and Gate Village, these three details move purchase decisions in a way that spec sheets don't. The board that can be verified offline is the board that passes the compliance review.

Education & training centres

Hybrid learning works when the remote student sees the board as it is being written, not a photograph taken after the session. The MeetingBoard Pro shares the Microsoft Whiteboard canvas live to remote students in Teams or Zoom during the class — annotations, diagrams and session notes appear in real time. The 86-inch size makes content readable from the back of a 20-person teaching room without a projector. The auto-save sends everything to the meeting chat before the students leave the room.

Healthcare & clinic environments

Patient privacy starts with the camera. The physical privacy shutter closes by default when the meeting is not running — the lens is physically covered, not software-toggled. Gesture controls on the whiteboard surface let a clinician annotate without picking up a stylus in an environment where contact matters. Video Fence prevents anyone outside the consultation room boundary from appearing in the frame of a telemedicine session.

Hotels & hospitality boardrooms

The hotel boardroom that replaces the projector cabinet, the AV rack and the cables taped to the floor. Wall-mounted, single power cable, ready in fifteen minutes for the next client. The 65-inch for executive meeting suites where the board doubles as a presentation screen; the 86-inch for the main event boardroom. BYOD mode means the client's laptop drives the presentation — the hotel's board becomes whatever platform the client brought. No platform licence required from the hotel's side.

Installation · Supplied & fitted by VDS

The wall comes first — four mounting decisions before the board arrives

A 65-inch MeetingBoard Pro weighs 35 kilograms. An 86-inch weighs more. The wall is the first conversation, not the last.

Wall mount — the clean installation

The MB-WallMount-650 fits the 65-inch Pro. The MB-WallMount-860 fits the 75 and 86-inch. Requires a solid concrete or brick wall with verified load capacity — we scope structural suitability before confirming this option, and installation height follows Yealink's published standard: 1,470mm for the 65-inch, 1,580mm for the 86-inch, from floor to bottom of display.

Floor stand — for rooms that can't drill

The MB-FS-P650T, MB-FS-P750T and MB-FS-P860T are fixed-height floor stands per size. Stable, no wall required, and the board can be moved between spaces when a fitout changes. The right answer for rented spaces, temporary installations, and rooms with partition walls.

Lift stand — adjustable height

The MB-FS-Lift fits all three sizes and lets the board travel up and down — useful in mixed-use spaces where a standing team session follows a seated meeting, or when accessibility standards require the touch surface to reach different users.

Wall reinforcement — scoped before the job

Yealink's published installation guide specifies that a single wall screw must hold the board's full load for one minute without loosening before the full mount proceeds. We conduct this check on every installation — the board goes up once, correctly, and stays there. If the wall cannot be reinforced, the floor stand is specified instead.

Generation guide · Original vs Pro

The original MeetingBoard reached end of sale — here is what the Pro changed

The original MeetingBoard 65 and 86 reached end of sale on June 30, 2025. New orders are no longer accepted. If the original MeetingBoard is the name in your notes — a supplier quoting it today is quoting discontinued stock, and Yealink will not issue new features or firmware for it beyond the support window.

Camera: single → triple 50MP

The original MeetingBoard carried a single 4K camera. The Pro carries a triple 50MP system — one wide-angle Sony sensor and two telephoto Sony sensors — with IntelliFocus and Video Fence built in. The original's PTZ 6X/12X camera accessory is not compatible with the Pro; the Pro uses the MB-12X Pro instead.

Audio: improved with AI Audio 2.1

The Pro's 16-microphone array runs Yealink AI Audio 2.1 — upgraded noise cancellation and reverberation suppression compared to the original. The 12-metre full-duplex reach covers the 86-inch board's room size end to end.

New size: 75 inches added

The original line had 65 and 86. The Pro added the 75-inch, which sits cleanly in the medium-room gap — 6 to 12 people — and is now the most-specified size for Dubai executive boardrooms where an 86 would be excessive and a 65 too small.

Windows OPS support added

The original MeetingBoard ran Android only. The Pro supports a Windows OPS compute module — making the same board a dual-solution device: Android native for Teams or Zoom, or Windows Teams Rooms with Copilot and IntelliFrame when the OPS module is installed.

If you have an original MeetingBoard in service, Yealink continues support and bug fixes within the standard policy window — we continue to service original units under AMC. The Pro is the replacement for new installations.

Second board in the line · MeetingBoard C

Two boards, two philosophies — the Pro and the C

Yealink now makes two meeting boards, and they answer two different questions. Knowing which question is yours saves a real amount of money — in either direction.

The MeetingBoard Pro is the room-system board: the room commits to Microsoft Teams or Zoom, the board runs the platform natively with its triple-camera AI system, and walking in and tapping once starts the meeting. The MeetingBoard C answers a different question: what if the whiteboard comes first, and the meeting platform arrives with whoever is presenting? The C runs Android 15 with Google's EDLA certification — Google Play, Meet, Chrome and Drive built in — and works as a BYOM board: plug in a laptop and the C's 50MP camera, 8-microphone array and 20W speakers belong to whatever platform the laptop runs. Teams today, Zoom tomorrow, Meet on Thursday — the board doesn't care.

Who the C is for

Training rooms, education spaces, open collaboration areas and offices that haven't standardised on one platform. Rooms where the whiteboard is the daily tool and the video call is the occasional guest. Two sizes: 65 and 75 inches.

Who the Pro is for

The committed meeting room — Teams or Zoom certified natively, triple 50MP AI cameras, 12-metre audio, IntelliFocus and Video Fence, and the Windows OPS path to the full Copilot experience. Three sizes: 65, 75 and 86 inches.

What the C carries

A single 50MP wide-angle camera with auto framing and speaker tracking, 8-microphone array with 8-metre full-duplex pickup, the same low-latency dual-person whiteboard writing as the Pro, physical privacy cover, and a one-cable movable design that sets up in about fifteen minutes.

The honest line between them

If the room's job is meetings, the Pro is the board — the deeper camera system and platform certification earn their cost. If the room's job is collaboration and the meeting rides along, the C does that job at a friendlier number. Send the room's actual daily use and the right board names itself.

Most common configuration · Dubai boardrooms

The starting configuration most Dubai boardrooms order

There is no single right answer — the right configuration depends on the room. But when a medium-sized Dubai boardroom calls to enquire about the MeetingBoard Pro, the conversation usually converges on the same four components. This is not a bundle price — it is a starting point that gets revised at survey. Listed here because a blank quotation request is harder to fill than a described starting point.

MeetingBoard 75 Pro

The 75-inch board fits a 6–12 person boardroom without dominating the wall. The most-specified size in Dubai for standard corporate meeting rooms and executive boardrooms.

MB-12X Pro external PTZ camera

When the table runs longer than the built-in cameras reach comfortably, the MB-12X Pro extends tracking optically. Most 75-inch rooms don't need it — but confirming at survey avoids a second installation visit.

WPP30 or WPP20 wireless sharing pod

The WPP30 plugs into a USB-C port on a laptop and shares the screen to the board without a cable — one tap. The WPP20 is the simpler Wi-Fi sharing option for rooms where guests need to share without a dongle. Specified at survey based on whether the room runs managed or BYOD sessions.

CTP25 touch console

The optional 10-inch touch panel that sits on the table — calendar, one-tap join, volume, camera controls — without the presenter leaving the front of the room to touch the board. Recommended for executive boardrooms where the board is high on the wall.

Send the room dimensions — depth, width, seat count, whether the table is rectangular or round — and we return the correct configuration with named components and full installed cost. No guesswork in the response.

What MeetingBoard Pro clients say

★★★★★

"Our boardroom ran a display, a camera bar and a separate whiteboard — three devices, three remotes, three things to fail before a client call. The 75 Pro replaced all of it on one wall plate. Installation was done in a morning, the room signed into Teams the same day, and the old cable tray came off the wall. Nobody has asked where the whiteboard went."

Daniel Mercer, IT Director — Investment advisory firm, Downtown Dubai Direct Client
★★★★★

"We bought the 65 Pro as an Android Teams room, then our IT policy moved everything to Teams Rooms on Windows. The same board took the OPS module — no new display, no rewiring, the CTP25 console stayed on the table. The migration was a slot-in, exactly as it was explained at quotation. That's the reason the board was chosen over a fixed-platform panel."

Khalid Al Mansoori, Head of IT — Investment office, Abu Dhabi Direct Client
★★★★★

"Our training hall ran a projector that washed out by mid-morning. The 86 Pro arrived in Nairobi already configured — platform signed in, whiteboard tested, mounting hardware in the same consignment. Our contractor mounted it and the first session ran the next day. The pre-staging in Dubai is what made a cross-border purchase feel local."

Yealink MeetingBoard Pro — common questions

What is the Yealink MeetingBoard Pro?
The MeetingBoard Pro is an all-in-one meeting device that combines a 4K interactive display, a built-in AI camera system, a 16-microphone audio array and a smart whiteboard into a single wall-mounted or floor-standing unit. It comes in three sizes — 65, 75 and 86 inches — sized for 1–6, 6–12 and 12–20 people respectively, and is certified for both Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Instead of a display from one vendor, a camera bar from another and a whiteboard from a third, the MeetingBoard Pro is one device, one installation, and one line on the quotation.
What is the difference between the original MeetingBoard and the MeetingBoard Pro?
The original MeetingBoard 65 and 86 reached end of sale on June 30, 2025 — new orders are no longer accepted. The Pro is the current replacement and is a significant upgrade: the camera moved from a single 4K unit to a triple 50MP system with IntelliFocus and Video Fence; the audio received the upgraded Yealink AI Audio 2.1; a new 75-inch size was added for medium rooms; and Windows OPS support was added, making the board a dual-solution device. If a supplier is quoting you an original MeetingBoard today, they are quoting discontinued stock. The Pro is the line to specify.
What is the MeetingBoard C, and how is it different from the MeetingBoard Pro?
Two boards, two philosophies. The MeetingBoard Pro is the room-system board — Microsoft Teams or Zoom certified natively, with a triple 50MP AI camera system, 16 microphones hearing to twelve metres, and the Windows OPS path to Copilot. The room commits to a platform; the board runs it. The MeetingBoard C is the whiteboard-first board — it runs Android 15 with Google EDLA certification (Google Play, Meet, Chrome and Drive built in) and works as a BYOM device: plug in any laptop and the C's 50MP camera, 8-microphone array and speakers serve whatever platform the laptop runs. The C comes in 65 and 75 inches with a movable one-cable design; the Pro comes in 65, 75 and 86 inches. If the room's daily job is meetings on one platform, specify the Pro. If the room's daily job is collaboration and the platform changes with the presenter, the C does that job at a lower cost. Both are available on order from Dubai.
Which size — 65, 75 or 86 inches?
The 65 Pro fits rooms of 1–6 people — a huddle room, small executive office or focus space where the board fills the wall without overwhelming it. The 75 Pro is sized for 6–12 people and is the most-specified size for Dubai boardrooms — large enough for content to be readable from the back of a medium room, compact enough to leave the space feeling right. The 86 Pro is for 12–20 people — training rooms, large boardrooms and collaboration spaces where every person at a long table needs to read the same content at the same time. Send the room depth and seat count; the right size selects itself.
Does the MeetingBoard Pro support both Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
Yes — the MeetingBoard Pro carries separate certified editions for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms. Both are native installations on the board's own Android 13 system — the board does not need an external PC to run either platform. It also supports a General Mode for SIP registration with PBX systems, and BYOD for laptop-driven meetings on any platform. If your organisation runs Teams in some rooms and Zoom in others, both are available — specified per unit at order.
What is the Windows OPS option and does the board need it?
The Windows OPS is an optional compute module that installs inside the MeetingBoard Pro display. Without it, the board runs on Android 13 — Teams or Zoom certified, fully capable. With the Windows OPS installed, the board becomes a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows system: Multi-stream IntelliFrame, Copilot and Intelligent Recap, name labels, Front Row, and fleet management through the Pro Management Portal become available. The same board, the same wall mount, the same cables — the OPS module is the difference. It can be installed at initial setup or added later. If your IT team already manages a Teams Rooms on Windows estate, the OPS option keeps the MeetingBoard Pro in the same management layer.
How does the whiteboard work in a Teams or Zoom meeting?
Remote attendees in Teams or Zoom see the Microsoft Whiteboard canvas as it is drawn — in real time, as part of the meeting content, not as a static screenshot shared afterwards. Two people can draw simultaneously from different positions on the board without interfering, and one person can write while another erases on the same surface at the same time. Palm rejection keeps hand contact from marking the canvas. At the end of the meeting, the whiteboard content is saved and can be shared directly through the Teams or Zoom meeting chat. It is a live collaboration surface in the call, not a separate tool alongside it.
Can I add an external PTZ camera to the MeetingBoard Pro?
Yes — the MB-12X Pro is the compatible external PTZ camera for the MeetingBoard Pro. It connects to the board's own port and adds 12x optical zoom and 4K lossless close-ups for rooms where the built-in triple cameras need additional reach — a deep training room, an auditorium, or a room where a presenter works at a distance from the board. The first-generation Yealink PTZ 6X/12X cameras used with the original MeetingBoard are not compatible with the Pro — the MB-12X Pro is the correct accessory for the current generation.
Does the MeetingBoard Pro support ceiling microphones?
Yes. CM20 ceiling microphones and CS10 ceiling speakers connect to the MeetingBoard Pro in combinations up to four CM20 units with four CS10 speakers — extending audio coverage in rooms where the built-in 12-metre pickup needs additional reinforcement, such as an L-shaped room or a space with challenging acoustics. When CM20 ceiling microphones are deployed alongside the board, the board's built-in microphone steps back and the ceiling array handles pickup. Requires firmware version 331.320.0.30 or later.
What are the mounting options?
Three options: wall mount (MB-WallMount-650 for the 65-inch; MB-WallMount-860 for the 75 and 86-inch), fixed-height floor stand (MB-FS-P650T / P750T / P860T per size), and height-adjustable lift stand (MB-FS-Lift, all sizes). The wall mount is the clean, permanent installation for concrete or masonry walls. The floor stand is the right answer for rented premises, partition walls, or spaces where the board may need to move. The lift stand suits mixed-use spaces where standing and seated sessions alternate. We specify the mount option at the survey stage based on the wall type and room use.
Does the wall need reinforcement before installation?
Yes — and this check happens before the board arrives on site, not after. The 65-inch MeetingBoard Pro weighs approximately 35 kilograms on the wall; larger sizes weigh more. Yealink's installation guide specifies a structural test: a single wall fixing must hold the board's full load for one minute without movement before the full mount proceeds. We conduct this check on every wall-mount installation. Solid concrete and reinforced masonry walls pass routinely. Drylining, plasterboard and some partition walls do not — in those cases, the floor stand is specified instead. No board goes up on an unverified wall.
What does a Yealink MeetingBoard Pro cost in Dubai?
Pricing is confirmed on enquiry — the MeetingBoard Pro is a large-format display and the total cost depends on size, mount type, accessory lines (MB-12X Pro camera, ceiling audio, CTP25 console), and whether the Windows OPS module is included. Every quotation names the board size, mount option, and each accessory line separately, with installation and commissioning as their own lines — so the number you approve is the complete installed cost with no additions on the day. Send the room size and platform to receive a full quotation the same day, 8am–6pm Mon–Sat.
Do you supply the wall-mount kit and can you carry out the installation?
Yes on both. Vector Digital Systems is an authorized Yealink distributor in Dubai — we supply MeetingBoard Pro units with their correct mount accessories from Dubai stock, and our own installation team carries out the wall survey, structural check, mounting, cable management, platform enrolment and commissioning. Integrators and resellers running their own deployments can buy MeetingBoard Pro stock with or without the mount kits — supply-only, supply-and-stage, or full installation with handover documentation. State which arrangement works for your project and the quotation reflects it.
What is Audio Fence and how does it work with Video Fence?
Video Fence and Audio Fence are twin features that work together to define the meeting space boundary. Video Fence tells the camera where the room ends — it tracks participants inside the boundary and ignores anyone outside it (a corridor, a passing colleague, a glass wall with activity behind it). Audio Fence applies the same boundary to the microphones — sounds and voices outside the defined line are ignored, even in an open-plan environment. Both can run simultaneously. For Dubai offices with glass walls into open-plan floors, or for training rooms adjacent to noisy corridors, Audio Fence is often the more important of the two.
Does the MeetingBoard Pro support dual screens?
Yes. The MeetingBoard Pro has an HDMI out port that supports 4K output at 60Hz, enabling a second display to be connected. In a typical government or large boardroom configuration, the video call runs on the second screen while the whiteboard or shared content runs on the board itself. This is a standard configuration for formal meeting rooms where an agenda, a document or a Teams window needs to remain visible while the board is used for annotation. The dual-screen output works in both Android and Windows OPS configurations.
What is HDMI Cast Mode on the MeetingBoard Pro?
The MeetingBoard Pro has an HDMI input port with two operating modes. Cast mode allows the content from a laptop connected via HDMI to be shared with remote participants in Teams or Zoom — the far end sees the laptop's screen as if it were a wireless share, the same experience as using a VCH51 sharing device. Signal mode displays the laptop's content locally on the board only — remote participants cannot see it. Cast mode is the default from firmware version 331.320.0.30 onward. The mode is switched in the board's IP web backend under System — Screencast. This distinction matters when a presenter wants the room display and the remote participants to see the same content at the same time without a wireless sharing pod.
What sectors use the MeetingBoard Pro in the UAE?
Five sectors are active deployment contexts in the UAE. Government and semi-government — standardised rooms managed from Teams Admin Center across departments and buildings, often with dual-screen output. Financial services in DIFC and ADGM — where Video Fence, Audio Fence and the physical privacy shutter satisfy compliance and security audit requirements. Education and training centres — where the live Microsoft Whiteboard share to remote students during class makes hybrid learning functional rather than just possible. Healthcare — clinics and hospital consultation rooms where the physical shutter, touchless gesture controls and Video Fence address patient privacy concerns. Hotels and hospitality venues — where the board replaces the projector cabinet and the BYOD mode means the client's laptop drives the presentation without requiring the hotel to hold a platform licence.
