Yealink CP960-UVC50 Zoom Rooms Kit Small & Medium Meeting Room Video Kit Dubai
Yealink CP960-UVC50 Zoom Rooms Kit for Dubai Meeting Rooms
The Yealink CP960-UVC50 Zoom Rooms Kit is built for Dubai offices that want a dedicated Zoom meeting room without building a system from separate camera, speaker, microphone and controller parts. The bundle combines the Yealink CP960 touch conference phone, the UVC50 5× optical PTZ camera, a mini-PC package and cable management box into one meeting-room kit for small and medium rooms. Vector Digital Systems LLC supplies, stages and tests Yealink room systems in Dubai, with same-day quote in AED, VAT breakdown and delivery details included.
Platform Check — Zoom Rooms Kit, Not a SIP Conference Phone Page
This page is for the Yealink CP960-UVC50 Zoom Rooms Kit. It is intended for a dedicated Zoom Rooms setup with a room display, Zoom Rooms software and a room licence. Do not order this kit as a regular SIP-only conference phone, and do not treat it as a Microsoft Teams Rooms bundle. Tell David which meeting platform you use before quoting so the correct Yealink room hardware is supplied.
| Your Meeting Platform | Right Yealink Route | What You Need |
|---|---|---|
| Zoom Rooms | Yealink CP960-UVC50 Zoom Rooms Kit — this page | Zoom Rooms licence, display, internet connection and room sign-in credentials |
| Microsoft Teams Rooms | Yealink MVC or Teams Rooms range — ask David for the current certified model | Microsoft Teams Rooms licence and Microsoft 365 tenant setup |
| SIP conference calling only | Yealink CP-series SIP conference phone — ask David | SIP credentials from 3CX, Yeastar, UCM, hosted PBX or another SIP platform |
Certification note: because Zoom and Microsoft device lists change, Vector Digital Systems verifies the current platform certification status before quote and before project delivery. For this CP960-UVC50 kit, request confirmation of current Zoom certification status at quote stage.
Power and Cabling Truth — Plan the Room Before Delivery
The CP960 table unit uses PoE. Your meeting-room network port or switch must provide Power over Ethernet for the CP960. The mini-PC, room display and camera-side equipment also need proper power and cable routing near the screen. We confirm PoE availability, display position, camera mounting point, HDMI path and network access before dispatch so installation day does not become a cabling problem.
Why the UVC50 Kit Fits Small and Medium Rooms
The UVC50 camera gives the room a 1080p/60 video feed, 5× optical zoom and a 91° diagonal field of view, making it suitable for small boardrooms, manager meeting rooms and medium collaboration spaces. The CP960 sits on the table as the meeting console, speaker and microphone system, with 360° pickup up to 20 ft. For Dubai offices that want a cleaner room than a laptop-on-the-table setup, this kit gives users a dedicated meeting experience with fewer loose cables.
Same CP960 Kit Family — Choose by Room Size and Camera
The CP960-UVC30, CP960-UVC50 and CP960-UVC80 kits share the same CP960 console concept. The buying decision is mainly room size, camera reach and how far participants sit from the display wall. This product page focuses on the CP960-UVC50 because it is the balanced option for small and medium Dubai meeting rooms.
| Feature | CP960-UVC30 | CP960-UVC50 ★ | CP960-UVC80 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Room fit | Huddle and small rooms | Small and medium rooms | Medium and large rooms |

Where the CP960-UVC50 Works in Dubai
Small and medium boardrooms. The CP960-UVC50 kit is a practical fit for Dubai offices that have moved beyond laptop-based Zoom calls but do not need a large-room camera system. The CP960 sits on the table as the meeting controller, microphone and speaker, while the UVC50 faces the room from the display wall.
DIFC, DMCC and Business Bay offices. Hybrid meetings are now normal across free zone offices, consulting firms, real estate teams and regional HQs. A dedicated Zoom Rooms kit gives users a consistent join experience instead of asking every visitor to connect their laptop, share audio and troubleshoot camera permissions.
Training rooms and management meeting spaces. The UVC50’s 5× optical PTZ camera suits meeting rooms where participants sit around a table rather than directly in front of a laptop. The CP960’s 360° voice pickup helps remote participants hear people from different sides of the table.
Cleaner cable management. The kit includes a mini-PC package and cable management box, helping integrators keep the meeting table clean and route the camera, display and network side correctly. Vector Digital Systems checks the room layout before dispatch so the kit matches your display wall, table position and network point.

Does the Yealink CP960-UVC50 work with Microsoft Teams Rooms?
This page is for the Zoom Rooms kit. If your office uses Microsoft Teams Rooms, ask David for the current Yealink MVC or Teams Rooms model verified against Microsoft’s certified devices list. Do not assume a Zoom Rooms kit is the correct hardware for a Teams Rooms deployment.
What room size is the CP960-UVC50 kit designed for?
The CP960-UVC50 is best suited to small and medium meeting rooms. The CP960 provides 360° voice pickup up to 20 ft, while the UVC50 camera gives 1080p/60 video, 5× optical zoom and a 91° diagonal field of view for boardroom-style seating.
Does the CP960 in this kit need PoE?
Yes — the CP960 table unit uses Power over Ethernet. Your meeting-room network point or switch must provide PoE. The mini-PC, room display and other display-wall equipment also need proper power planning, which Vector Digital Systems checks before dispatch.
What is included in the Yealink CP960-UVC50 Zoom Rooms Kit?
The kit includes the Yealink CP960 conference phone, UVC50 USB PTZ camera, mini-PC package and cable management box. The room display, Zoom Rooms licence, network connection and room cabling must be planned separately for the site.
CP960-UVC30 vs CP960-UVC50 — which one should I buy?
Choose CP960-UVC30 for a compact huddle room where a simpler camera is enough. Choose CP960-UVC50 for the balanced small or medium room setup where you want 1080p/60 video, PTZ control and 5× optical zoom. For longer rooms, ask David whether a larger camera kit is more suitable.
Can Vector Digital Systems configure the Zoom Rooms kit before delivery?
Yes — Vector Digital Systems stages the kit before dispatch from Dubai. We check the hardware package, support Zoom Rooms sign-in planning, review PoE and cabling requirements, and test the camera, speaker, microphone and basic meeting-room workflow where applicable.

What is the best Yealink video kit for a small Zoom meeting room in Dubai?
For a small or medium Zoom Rooms space, the CP960-UVC50 is a strong balanced choice because it combines the CP960 touch audio console with the UVC50 5× PTZ camera. For a very small huddle room, the CP960-UVC30 may be enough; for a longer room, ask David to size the camera and audio setup before quoting.
