Neat Installation & Support in Dubai & the UAE

The room you most need to work is the one that fails right before the board call — and you're the one who gets the message. Vector Digital Systems takes that risk off your desk. We survey the room, install the Neat device on a single cable, enrol and lock it in Neat Pulse, and support it across the UAE — so most problems are caught and fixed remotely, before anyone in the room notices.

Rooms that don't become your problem

A different system in every room, a truck roll for every glitch, and a 2 AM message when something fails — that's the meeting-room job nobody wants, and it usually lands on IT.

A Neat estate installed properly is the opposite of that. One device per room instead of a rack of components means far fewer parts that can fail. One dashboard means you see and fix issues from your desk, not from site. And a genuine local partner means that when something does need hands, someone who knows your rooms is an hour away, not an email ticket. Below is exactly how we install, what's included, and why the rooms stay quiet long after we've left.

From survey to first meeting, in four steps

Whatever the room, we survey, supply and install the full Neat range — Neat Bar, Bar Pro, Board, Center, Pad and Frame — and hand it over ready to use.

What's Included — And What Isn't

Stated plainly, before you sign

The fastest way to lose trust is a surprise invoice. So here is exactly what our installation and support covers — and the one line that stays with you, because it's a software licence we don't pretend to bundle.

What it is
What's covered
Site survey Free
Assessment of the room, network and displays, a device recommendation, and a fixed AED quote. No charge and no obligation.
Installation
The genuine device supplied, mounted and cabled, displays connected and the room tested on your platform. Installation labour is included in the quote.
Neat Pulse setup
The device enrolled and locked with a secure code, your settings and policies applied, and your team shown how to manage it. Set up as standard on every install.
Support & AMC
Remote monitoring and fixes through Pulse, firmware kept current, and hardware attended to — with advanced replacement on a Pulse Pro plan. The scope is agreed with you in writing.
Platform & Pulse licence
The recurring software your room runs on — Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google, and paid Neat Pulse tiers — is held in your name. We quote it alongside so nothing is hidden, but it is a separate line you own, not something we mark up inside the hardware.

The promise: what's covered and what isn't is on the quote before you commit — no surprise invoices after the room is in. Ask for a clear quote →

Why a Neat room means fewer 2 AM calls

The best support is the call that never happens. Four things about how Neat is built and managed keep rooms quiet.

All-in-one

Fewer parts to fail

Camera, mics, speaker and compute in one sealed unit means far fewer separate components than a rack-based room — the reliability real customers praise most.

Secure

Self-enrol & lock

Plug it in and it enrols itself in Pulse and locks until an admin enters a secure code — no on-site hand can put a room on the wrong platform.

Remote

Fixed without a visit

Most issues are solved from Pulse — restart, update, reconfigure — without sending anyone to site, even when the device isn't in a Zoom or Teams call.

Quiet hours

Updates overnight

Big OS migrations are staged so the heavy work runs in the early morning, not during the working day — no room out of action when you need it.

Buying Confidence

A platform decision you won't regret in three years

A meeting room is a multi-year commitment. Here's why a Neat estate ages well rather than becoming a write-off.

Longevity you can point to in writing

Google Meet on the current Neat Bars is certified through 2033, operating-system upgrades arrive over the air without ripping anything out (the move to Android 13 needed no factory reset), and because one current-generation device can switch between Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, the platform you standardise on today isn't locked in for the life of the hardware.

That combination — a long support runway, painless updates, and platform flexibility — is what lets you invest in rooms once and keep them current for years, rather than re-buying every time a platform or an OS moves on.

The honest recommendation

For new rooms we fit the current Generation 2 devices. The first-generation dedicated appliances are on a defined support runway — broadly to 2027 on Teams and 2028 on Zoom — and we'll always flag where a model sits so you buy with the longest life ahead of it, not the shortest.

Neat installation & support — common questions

Do you survey the room before quoting?
Yes, and the survey is free. Before any quote we assess the room's size, shape and layout, the network and the displays, then recommend the right device or combination and give you a fixed AED quote. It means no guesswork and no surprise on installation day — you know exactly what's going in and what it costs.
How long does a Neat install take, and how disruptive is it?
A Neat room is one sealed device on a single cable, so the on-site work is fast and tidy — usually a short visit per room rather than a day of cabling. Companion devices such as the Neat Center and Neat Pad sync over the standard network, so there's no proprietary audio wiring to run through the room. For most offices we install with minimal disruption to the working day.
What does installation include — do you set up Neat Pulse too?
Installation includes supplying the genuine device, mounting and cabling it, connecting your displays, enrolling the device in Neat Pulse, applying your settings and policies, and a handover so your team can use it confidently. We set up Pulse as standard on every install, because it's what keeps the room manageable and supportable afterwards — it isn't an optional extra we leave for later.
What happens if a room has a problem after installation?
Most issues are fixed remotely. Through Neat Pulse we can see device health and restart, update or reconfigure a room without a site visit — and we can do that even when the device isn't in a Zoom or Teams call, which is control the platform tools alone don't provide. If hardware genuinely needs attention we arrange it, and on a Neat Pulse Pro plan that includes advanced replacement to keep downtime short.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and AMC for Neat rooms?
Yes. We offer ongoing support and an annual maintenance contract, layered with the right Neat Pulse plan — Starter is free with every device, Plus adds priority technical support and APIs, and Pro adds extended warranty and advanced hardware replacement. We set out clearly what your support covers and what sits with the platform licence, so there are no surprise invoices later.
How do you handle multiple rooms or several sites?
Neat Pulse is built for it. Every device self-enrols when it's plugged in and locks until an admin enters a secure enrolment code, so no on-site technician can place a room on the wrong platform. From there you manage the whole estate from one dashboard, push firmware fleet-wide and apply settings profiles across sites, and big operating-system updates are staged so the deep work happens overnight rather than during business hours.
Which areas of the UAE does Vector Digital Systems install and support?
As of 2026, Vector Digital Systems installs and supports Neat rooms across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — having delivered AV and IT in the UAE since 2009. In Dubai, active client zones include Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah Lake Towers (DMCC), Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Downtown Dubai, with same-week site surveys available.
Can Vector Digital Systems install and support Neat rooms in other countries?
Yes. From our Dubai base we supply and export genuine Neat hardware across the Middle East, Africa and parts of Asia — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Pakistan and more — and because Neat Pulse is cloud-based we can monitor and support those exported fleets remotely, so a single IT team manages rooms in several countries from one dashboard. Message our export team with your locations.
