Neat Pulse Device Management in Dubai & the UAE

A room that breaks quietly is a room that loses your team's trust. Neat Pulse gives IT one dashboard for every device and every site — health, room usage, sensors, firmware and provisioning — so issues get caught and fixed before anyone raises a ticket. We enrol, configure and support your whole fleet across the UAE.

Find the problem before the meeting does

The worst time to discover a room is offline is two minutes before a board call — and the person who hears about it is always you.

Neat Pulse turns that on its head. Every Neat device reports into one cloud dashboard, so you see health, usage and sensor data at a glance, push updates and configuration without leaving your desk, and bring new rooms online from anywhere. Whether you manage two rooms or two hundred across several countries, the rooms stay consistent, secure and ready — and you stop finding out about problems from the people sitting in them.

One place to see, run and secure every room

Pulse manages every Neat device — Neat Bar, Bar Pro, Board, Center, Pad and Frame — from a single dashboard.

See

Monitor the whole fleet

Device health, room usage and live status across every site, with grouping and filters to find the unit you need in seconds.

Run

Provision & update remotely

Push firmware, apply configuration profiles, restart units and pull logs — and bring new rooms online without a site visit.

Secure

Lock down & control apps

Devices stay on a purpose-built, locked OS. Choose which apps run on each room and apply policies consistently across the estate.

Scale

Built for many sites

From one office to a regional rollout, Pulse keeps a consistent, governed experience — ideal for multi-branch businesses.

The Pulse Plan Map

Starter, Plus or Pro — which you actually need

Pulse comes in three tiers, and the good news is the core management is free on every device. Here's the honest map so you only pay for what your estate genuinely needs.

Plan
What you get
Pulse Starter Free
Included free with every Neat device — centralised management and monitoring, room and sensor insights, configuration, and access to the Neat App Hub. Enough to run a tidy estate from day one.
Pulse Plus
Everything in Starter, plus advanced management tools, more control over your spaces, and premium technical support — direct access to support levels 1–3 with priority queuing, response-time SLAs and Zoom/Microsoft case escalations.
Pulse Pro
Everything in Plus, plus extended hardware warranty (1, 3 or 5 years) and advanced hardware replacement with next-day or priority shipment — the full-coverage option for business-critical rooms.
API access
On paid plans, Pulse opens an API to real-time sensor data and device and organisation management, so you can feed room data into your own dashboards and workflows.

What this means for you: Pulse plans are annual subscriptions, available through us as your Neat partner. Tell us your fleet size and how critical the rooms are, and we'll recommend Starter, Plus or Pro — no upsell you don't need. Ask us which plan fits →

Run the whole fleet in plain English

Pulse has a genuine industry first that most of the category simply doesn't: a server that connects it to AI assistants, so IT manages every room by asking — no portal to hunt through, no scripts to write, no API to call.

Industry-first

Ask, don't click

Connect Pulse to an AI assistant such as Claude or Gemini and manage the fleet in plain English — no dashboard hunting, no scripts to maintain.

21 tools

It acts, not just answers

The assistant can inspect device status, firmware, network and sensors, reboot hardware, and create, update or move rooms across the whole estate.

Self-healing

“Is every room ready?”

Ask before a big day — is every boardroom ready? — and the agent checks and fixes, or runs an autonomous room-readiness routine for you.

Beta

Said plainly

It's in beta, runs locally over a secure owner token, and needs a paid Pulse plan. New, and rare — almost nobody in the category has it yet.

Past the Security Team

What the network team asks — and what Pulse answers

The bundle that gets Neat through a bank or government security review isn't printed on a product page. Here's the part your IT and security teams actually ask about — the answers that get a room approved, not just installed.

What they ask
What Neat answers
TLS / SSL inspection
An HTTPS proxy with Root CA certificate upload, applied to all device traffic — so Neat passes proxy-inspection environments instead of failing the audit.
Identity
SAML Single Sign-On for device management, so rooms sit inside your existing identity and access controls.
Network access
802.1x network certificates, managed through your existing enterprise tooling.
Off-platform control
Secure remote control and live environmental data even when the device isn't in a Zoom or Teams call — control that Zoom's and Microsoft's own management tools don't provide.
Device lockdown
A hardened, locked OS, and devices that self-enrol and lock until an admin enters a secure enrolment code — no rogue platform on a room.
Data integration
An API for org-wide sensor data and webhook events, to feed your own dashboards, BI and automation. On a paid Pulse plan.

What this means for you: tell us your security requirements and we'll map exactly which of these your review needs — the parts that get Neat approved, not just plugged in. Ask us to map it →

Neat Pulse — common questions

What is Neat Pulse?
Neat Pulse is Neat's cloud platform for managing meeting-room devices. It lets IT administrators centrally control, monitor and support every Neat device from one dashboard — viewing device health and room usage, reading sensor data, pushing firmware and configuration, and bringing new rooms online — across any number of sites.
Is Neat Pulse free, or does it cost extra?
The core tier, Pulse Starter, is included free with every Neat device and covers centralised management, monitoring, room and sensor insights, and access to the Neat App Hub. Two paid tiers — Pulse Plus and Pulse Pro — add advanced tools, premium support and extended warranty. Paid plans are annual subscriptions, available through us as your Neat partner.
What is the difference between Pulse Starter, Plus and Pro?
Starter (free) gives you centralised management, monitoring, insights and the Neat App Hub. Plus adds advanced management tools, more control over your spaces, and premium technical support with priority queuing, response-time SLAs and Zoom/Microsoft case escalations. Pro adds everything in Plus along with extended hardware warranty of one, three or five years and advanced next-day hardware replacement — the right fit for business-critical rooms.
Can Neat Pulse manage devices across multiple offices and countries?
Yes. Because Pulse is cloud-based, you manage any number of Neat devices across any number of sites and countries from a single dashboard, with device grouping, filters and configuration profiles that apply settings consistently. It is well suited to multi-branch businesses and to fleets we have exported to other countries on your behalf.
What room and sensor insights does Neat Pulse provide?
Neat devices include built-in sensors, and Pulse reports their data in real time — room occupancy counts and air quality such as temperature, humidity and CO₂, alongside device status and usage. On paid plans, an API lets you feed this real-time sensor and management data into your own dashboards for space planning and facilities decisions.
Does Neat Pulse support AI-assisted management?
Neat is extending Pulse with AI-assisted management, currently an emerging capability in beta, which lets IT query device status in plain language and run routine checks through AI tools. It is newer and still expanding, so we will advise on exactly what is available for your environment rather than overstating it.
Can Vector Digital Systems set up and support Neat Pulse across the UAE?
Yes. As of 2026, we enrol your Neat devices in Pulse during installation, configure profiles, policies and the App Hub, advise which plan fits your fleet, and support you across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — having delivered AV and IT in the UAE since 2009. Active client zones in Dubai include Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah Lake Towers (DMCC) and Dubai Internet City.
Can Vector Digital Systems support Neat Pulse for offices in other countries?
Yes. Because Pulse is cloud-based, we remotely enrol and support exported Neat fleets across the Middle East, Africa and parts of Asia — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Pakistan and more — so a single IT team can manage rooms in several countries from one dashboard. Message our export team with your locations and fleet size.
