Grandstream Dubai — Every Feature In. No Per-User Licence.
Ask ten Dubai suppliers for a phone system quote. Count how many of them mention what the licences cost in year two.
Grandstream builds the one major phone system where every feature — recording, queues, apps, video, CRM integration, hotel PMS — comes in the box, permanently, with no per-user licence on the core system. The phones are open-standard SIP, so they work on any platform you move to next. And the two management platforms that run everything, GDMS and GWN.Cloud, are free.
Vector Digital Systems is an authorized Grandstream distributor in Dubai, supplying and installing since 2009 — genuine stock with full manufacturer warranty, configured before it reaches your desk, supported by the same engineers after handover.
- UCM6300 IP PBX — supply, installation, migration
- Phones — GRP desk, GXV video, GHP hotel, DECT & WiFi
- GWN networking — WiFi 6 access points & PoE switches
- Gateways & ATAs — analog lines and legacy phones
- GDMS & GWN.Cloud — free management, configured for you
What Grandstream Actually Buys You — Explained in One Section
A Grandstream UCM6300 includes every software feature permanently — auto attendant, call recording, voicemail-to-email, IVR, call queues, CRM integration and video conferencing — with no per-user licence on the core system. That one fact changes the three-year arithmetic of every phone system quote you will ever compare.
The second fact is openness. Grandstream phones are standard SIP devices: they register on any modern platform — 3CX, Yeastar, Avaya, hosted systems. Buy the phones today, change the platform in five years, keep the phones. You are never locked to one supplier's hardware or one vendor's roadmap.
The third is management without fees. GDMS provisions and monitors every Grandstream device from a browser, free. GWN.Cloud runs your WiFi and switches from one screen, free. Zero-touch provisioning means a phone shipped to a branch configures itself on the network we prepared for it — engineered for this region's carrier reality, not assumed away. For businesses with more than one site, these three facts together are usually the whole decision.
Five Product Lines. One Supplier. One Number to Call.
Each line below has its own page in this silo — all live, all linked. Read the line that sounds like your week.
1 · UCM6300 IP PBX
The phone system itself — UCM6301 for small offices to the UCM6308 at 3,000 users and 450 concurrent calls. Every feature included, OPERA PMS integration for hotels, RemoteConnect and the Wave app carrying your extensions anywhere. Supply, installation, migration from NEC and Panasonic. Running a hotel? The GHP hotel phones page →
2 · Phones — GRP, GXV, GHP
GRP desk phones from AED 99 (2601, 2602, 2603, 2615 and the full range), legacy GXP models still supported and stocked (1625, 2130, 2135), GXV Android video phones (3370, 3380, 3470), GAC conference phones, and DECT & WiFi cordless (DP750, DP760, WP825). All open-standard SIP — they work on any system you ever move to.
3 · GWN Networking — APs, Switches, Routers
The warehouse WiFi that dies exactly where the forklift parks. The video call that stutters when accounting runs payroll. GWN7615 indoor access points, GWN7670LR long-range outdoor units, GWN7800-series managed PoE+ switches and routers — the network your voice runs on, from the same vendor as the phones. GWN.Cloud manages every site from one screen, free, with no controller licence. The combined networking page is live: the GWN networking page →
4 · Gateways & ATAs
The fax machine nobody will let you throw away. Three hundred analog phones bolted to hotel walls that cost more to replace than to keep. HT801 and HT802 adapters, HT813, and GXW4104 enterprise gateways — the bridges that keep analog devices working on a modern system, and the piece that makes NEC and Panasonic migrations dramatically cheaper. The gateways page is live: the Grandstream gateways & ATA page →
5 · Facility & Intercom
The visitor at the door while reception is at lunch. GDS3710 video door systems and GSC paging — the front door and the loudspeaker join the same phone system as every desk: see who is at the door on any phone or the Wave app, page the warehouse from reception, manage it all in GDMS. The intercom & facility page →
Anything else Grandstream
If it is in the Grandstream catalogue and not on our shelf, we source it on project timelines — conference phones, cameras, intercom accessories, spare power supplies and expansion modules. One WhatsApp message with the model number is the whole process.
Grandstream Features That Don't Make the Brochure — All Included, All Current
Grandstream ships features through firmware faster than its marketing pages update. These are the ones that matter for a Dubai business — all present on current UCM6300 firmware, all included, none costing anything:
WhatsApp integration & chatbots
Customer WhatsApp messages land in the same inbox as your calls, answered from the UCM portal by your team — or by a chatbot you configure. The 9 PM enquiry gets answered from the same screen as the 9 AM call.
Microsoft Entra ID sign-on
Your staff log into the phone system with their existing Microsoft 365 accounts — single sign-on, no extra passwords, users synced automatically. The feature enterprise IT assumes costs extra; here it is included.
Direct OPERA PMS integration
Hotels: the UCM talks to Oracle OPERA property management directly — no middleware box between your PMS and the phone system. Check-in activates the room phone, checkout wipes it, minibar posts itself.
Recordings to your own cloud storage
Call recordings archive automatically to Amazon S3-compatible storage — yours, not a vendor's. Clinics, law firms and finance companies get long-term recording retention with the data staying under their control.
Queue proficiency routing
Calls route to agents by measured skill level, not just whoever is free — the Arabic caller reaches the Arabic speaker, the technical question reaches the technical person, automatically.
Zero-config third-party devices
Non-Grandstream SIP phones provision onto the UCM automatically — including Cisco and Polycom handsets since firmware 1.0.31. Migration cost drops by the price of the phones you keep.
Calls that read themselves
On current firmware the system transcribes calls and produces AI call summaries (rolling out through 2026) — every recorded call becomes searchable text, for training, disputes and compliance.
Genuine Units, Full Warranty — and Why That Needs Saying in This Market
A grey-import Grandstream unit saves you a few hundred dirhams on the day you buy it. It costs you the warranty the day it fails — no local cover, firmware that may not match the region, and no one to call. Every unit we sell is factory-sealed stock with the full manufacturer warranty, sourced through the authorized channel, with firmware and configuration done before it reaches you. The price difference between the two is the cheapest insurance on this page.
For resellers, system integrators and IT companies: trade pricing on volume, across the UAE and for export. Mixed consignments are our normal — PBX appliances, desk phones, gateways and switches consolidated into one shipment, one export file, one invoice. The trade sheet comes back the same working day.

Where the others win, honestly: Yeastar is the tidiest platform — simple to run, yet scaling to 500+ users — and 3CX's AI suite is the deepest in this group. Where Grandstream wins: the three-year cost of ownership, the free management platforms, and the widest hardware ecosystem from one vendor. Tell us your team size and how you work — we will tell you which one we would install, and why, before you see a price. The platform map is on our PBX phone system Dubai page. What can carry a fee — stated before you sign
The core system never has a per-user licence, and GDMS and GWN.Cloud are free forever. Three optional items can carry a fee, and we name them in the quote if they apply to you: UCM RemoteConnect plans above the free Basic tier (annual, per appliance, for larger remote teams — Basic covering up to 10 remote users is free), SoftwareUCM (Grandstream's self-hosted software edition — the same UCM platform on your own server or VM — if you choose it over an appliance), and large IPVideoTalk meeting plans beyond the free tier. Nothing else. The appliance on your wall — features, apps, management — never bills you in year two.
Read the table with the section above in mind: the appliance price is close to the whole price. There is no per-user licence on the core system, no annual fee for the features, and no controller licence for the management. Installation, lines and training are itemised separately in every quote — and the price on the quote is the price on the invoice.

Grandstream in Dubai — the Questions We Get Every Week
Is Vector Digital an authorized Grandstream distributor in Dubai?
Yes — Vector Digital Systems is an authorized Grandstream distributor in Dubai and across the UAE, supplying and installing Grandstream systems since 2009. Every unit is genuine, factory-sealed stock with the full manufacturer warranty, through the authorized channel back to the manufacturer. What the badge means in practice: authentic firmware, a valid warranty, and a real supply line — plus a team that designs, installs, programs and supports the systems itself, same-day across Dubai, with annual maintenance contracts for everything we supply.
Where can I buy genuine Grandstream products in Dubai?
From our Dubai stock — UCM6300 PBX appliances, GRP desk phones, GXV video phones, GHP hotel phones, GWN networking, gateways and intercoms, all genuine with full warranty and configuration done before delivery. One caution worth stating plainly: this market has grey-import units floating around with no local warranty and region-mismatched firmware. If a price looks meaningfully below the market, ask where the unit came from and whose warranty stands behind it.
What Grandstream product lines do you carry?
Five lines, all from Dubai stock. One: the UCM6300 IP PBX series (UCM6301 to UCM6308A) — the phone system itself. Two: phones — GRP desk phones, GXV Android video phones, GHP hotel phones, DECT and WiFi cordless. Three: GWN networking — WiFi 6 access points, managed PoE switches and routers. Four: gateways and ATAs — HT series and GXW series for analog lines and legacy phones. Five: facility devices — GDS door intercoms and GSC paging systems. Anything we do not stock, we source on project timelines.
How much does a Grandstream PBX cost in Dubai?
Indicative pricing: the UCM6301 for a small office starts around AED 850, the UCM6302 around AED 979, the UCM6304A around AED 1,500, and the UCM6308A for large deployments around AED 2,500 — with every software feature included and no per-user licence on the core system. Desk phones start around AED 99. Prices are indicative and move with stock availability and exchange rates; the exact current price comes via the WhatsApp quote, same working day.
Grandstream vs Yeastar vs 3CX — which is better for a Dubai office?
Honestly, they fit different offices. Grandstream UCM6300 wins on total cost of ownership — every feature included permanently, no annual licence for the core PBX, free GDMS management. Yeastar P-Series is the tidiest platform for teams that want simplicity without outgrowing it — scaling from a compact office to 500+ users, with AI receptionist and transcription on its Software and Cloud Editions by usage minutes. 3CX is the software-first choice — the widest integrations and the strongest AI suite, with an annual licence by simultaneous calls. We install all three, so the recommendation follows your office, not our shelf — the survey settles it in writing.
Is there a Grandstream service center or support point in Dubai?
Yes — Vector Digital Systems is the authorized Grandstream distribution and support point in Dubai. We service everything we sell, and we also take over Grandstream systems originally supplied by others: fault diagnosis, firmware, configuration, warranty-channel handling and annual maintenance contracts, same-day across Dubai. If your Grandstream system was bought elsewhere and the supplier has gone quiet, bring it to us — the takeover starts with a free audit.
What is GDMS and is it really free?
Yes, genuinely free. GDMS (Grandstream Device Management System) is Grandstream's cloud platform for configuring, provisioning, monitoring and updating every Grandstream device you own — from a browser, with no licence fee, forever. Zero-touch provisioning means a phone shipped to any of your branches configures itself on the network we prepared there — in this region the carrier layer is not neutral, so we engineer that part for you. For multi-site businesses it removes most of the configuration visits a phone system used to need.
Can Grandstream handle hotel phones and PMS integration?
Yes — it is one of its strongest use cases. The UCM series is an Oracle-validated OPERA interface (official approval, May 2026): direct integration with no middleware for check-in and checkout automation, wake-up calls, room status and minibar billing, and the GHP hotel phone series covers guest rooms with swappable hotel-logo faceplates and WiFi variants for rooms without network points. The full hospitality approach is on our hotel phone systems page.
Which areas in the UAE does Vector Digital Systems cover for Grandstream supply and support?
Vector Digital Systems supplies, installs and supports Grandstream systems across the United Arab Emirates — all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain — as well as Al Ain. In Dubai we cover the main business districts and communities including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Quoz, Al Barsha, Barsha Heights, Al Garhoud, Al Jaddaf, Oud Metha, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Al Nahda, Mirdif, Jumeirah, International City, Discovery Gardens, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Arabian Ranches, Motor City, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Production City, Dubai Outsource City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Maritime City, Dubai Festival City, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai South, Jebel Ali and Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). In Abu Dhabi we serve the city plus Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Musaffah, Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD), Yas Island, Saadiyat Island and Al Reem Island. Sharjah coverage includes Sharjah Industrial Area, SAIF Zone, and Al Nahda, Sharjah; we also serve Ajman Free Zone (AFZ), Ajman Industrial Area, RAK Free Trade Zone, and the Port of Fujairah. Same-day on-site response across Dubai, with remote provisioning and support available UAE-wide as of 2026.
Do you export Grandstream equipment from Dubai?
Yes — we export the full Grandstream range from Dubai to Uganda, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Nigeria, Armenia, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Malawi, Burundi, Djibouti, Togo, Benin, Gabon, Chad, Seychelles, and Angola. Single units or project quantities, genuine stock with manufacturer warranty, export documentation prepared with every shipment, and trade pricing for resellers and integrators buying in volume.
Do you supply Grandstream in bulk for resellers and installers?
Yes — trade pricing for resellers, system integrators and IT companies buying in volume, across the UAE and for export. Mixed consignments are normal for us: PBX appliances, desk phones, gateways and network switches consolidated into one shipment with one export file. Send your volume and destination on WhatsApp for the trade sheet, the same working day.
What is GWN.Cloud and why does it matter?
GWN.Cloud is Grandstream's free management platform for its networking products — WiFi access points, switches and routers. It configures, monitors and updates your entire network from a browser or phone, with no hardware controller and no licence fee. For a business with branches, it means the WiFi in every office is managed from one screen — and it costs nothing, permanently, which is rare in enterprise networking.
Can you migrate our old NEC or Panasonic system to Grandstream?
Yes — it is the most common replacement we install. Your numbers port across unchanged, usable cabling and analog phones carry over through gateways, and the old system keeps running until the Grandstream platform has passed every test. The detailed paths are on our NEC end-of-life page and Panasonic end-of-life page — or send your current model on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what the migration involves.
Are there any Grandstream licence fees to know about?
The core phone system has none — every UCM6300 PBX feature is included permanently, and the GDMS and GWN.Cloud management platforms are free forever. Three optional items can carry a fee, and we flag them in the quote before you sign: UCM RemoteConnect plans above the free Basic tier (annual per-appliance plans for larger remote teams — the Basic plan covering up to 10 remote users is free), SoftwareUCM if you choose Grandstream's self-hosted software — the UCM on your own server or VM — instead of an appliance, and large IPVideoTalk meeting plans beyond the free tier. The appliance on your wall with its features, apps and management — that part never has a per-user licence.
Do Grandstream systems work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes — through Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, your team makes and receives normal office calls inside Teams using your existing UAE numbers, on the UCM6300 and licensed Etisalat or du lines. The GXV Android video phones can also run the Teams app directly on the desk phone itself. We configure the session border controller, the SIP trunk and the Teams admin side as one project.
