The SRV3KRI is an online UPS. That matters. In a line-interactive UPS, the load normally runs from mains power and the UPS reacts when input quality changes. In a double-conversion online UPS, the UPS continuously converts incoming AC to DC and then back to AC. The connected equipment receives clean, regulated output from the inverter.
